The Baek Man Seok Restaurant (Prisoner-of-war Camp Branch) is a restaurant, specialized in sea squirt bibimbap for 35 years of tradition. When ordered, the rice comes in a separate bowl where you can mix in frozen sea squirts, seaweed, sesame salt powder, and sesame oil. Simply put the rice into the bowl to mix. The bibimbap may be a little bitter at first due to the sea squirt, but it soon becomes sweet as the fragrance of the sea squirts begins to fill the mouth. It is located next to the parking lot of Geoje prisoner-of-war camp and near Geoje City Hall.

The steamed pork with dubu nicely combines the softness of black dubu and the chewiness of the pork. A slice of steamed pork and some old kimchi are eaten together with the nutty black dubu. The old kimchi, seasoned vegetables, mustard leaf kimchi, fresh green peppers and traditional doenjang are delicious with a deep flavor of the Namdo region. Those who don’t enjoy meat can order heukdubu (black dubu), which is still warm right out of the mold. Enjoy the dubu with the dressing flavored with various seasonings and vegetables.

Wiki Cafe is a cafe near Gyeongbokgung Palace and is owned and operated by the mother of Sung Min from Super Junior, the famous boy band. With light steps, and just as if you are in your neighbor’s home, you can walk up the wooden stairs to the 2nd floor of the cafe, which is a terrace, and on that terrace, you can see a view Gyeongbokgung Palace. During the evening, as lights fall on the rampart stairs of Kwangwhamun, it creates/exudes a very warm mood.
