The MIN’s is a café, which the mother of Chang Min from the boy band 2pm operates. Chang Min frequently visits at the cafe. During the summer, artisan lemonade and ice cream is served, and, during the winter season, organic teas such as lime tea, lemon-ginger tea, and apple-cinnamon tea, which are all made with love, are some of its popular menu choices. For the K-Wave fans who come from abroad, there are menus, which are translated into English, Japanese, and Chinese. Through Twitter, the members of the BTS boy band posted a photo update, which they took at The Min’s cafe to show that they frequent Min’s cafe. The post quickly went viral. White Bear Makgeolli Bar & Brewery offers the largest selection of traditional Korean liquors in the country; boasting over 180 different varieties. The bar and brewery is located near Apgujeong Rodeo Street. The selection of liquors available is truly vast, with everything from the well-known to the obscure. The selection includes varieties of takju (unrefined rice wine), varieties of cheongju (refined rice wine) and soju. The culinary offerings tend toward fusion rather than traditional Korean fare. The menu offers anju (snacks) as well as entrees that pair well with traditional liquors. Craft beer is also sold on the B1 level.

The restaurant is a multi-faceted restaurant complex which combines,”Samgiripujutgan( meaning: Three-Way Butcher),” a diet salad cafe called,”3Birds,” a pub called, “K-PUB,” which you can drink a wide varieties of beer, and three more stores. They also sell pizza, pasta, etc., which you can buy together with chicken, which gives the menu a wide variety. The nickname of the restaurant, which is given by Seong Yeol’s fans is called, “Yeol BQ,” with part of his name, “Yeol,” in the nickname. You can see posters and photos of Seong Yeol. The store is known as, “a kind store,” through word by mouth.

Studio J is a bar that was created by collaboration between JYP Entertainment and a famous bar in the Chungdam District called Y1975. Yogorino Hongdae Branch is an ice cream shop opened by Zico, who is a working Hip Hop musician, and, additionally, a member of Block B, the idol group. Yogorino is an Italian dessert brand, which mainly sells frozen yogurt, artisan ice cream, parfait etc. They also sell beverages, such as Americano coffee and other beverages, which you can buy along with the dessert. Out of 1000 store branches located in 30 different countries, the Hongdae branch Yogorino is the only Yogorino store in Korea. ​

Mobum Tteok-Bokki 1976 (Sinchon Branch)

Mobum Tteok-bokki was established in 1976 and operations been handed down over 4 generations. Mobum is the originator of chadolbagi tteok-bokki (beef brisket and stir-fried rice cake).  Another unique aspect of Mobum’s tteok-bokki is that the tteok (rice cakes) are specially made and served in 30cm long lengths. Diners then cut the tteok to their desired eating size.  Mobum's representative dish is their chadolbagi tteok-bokki (beef brisket and stir-fried rice cake), but another well known menu item is their whole squid tteok-bokki. Additionally, diners can add garnishes to their tteok-bokki such as noodles, dumplings, and jumeok-bap (riceballs), and more!
