Access
From Jochiwon Bus Terminal, go 300m towards Jochiwon Train Station.
Turn right at the Yeokjeon Intersection (역전교차로), and go 100m towards the bus stop.
Take Bus 112, and get off at the Ukil Samgeori (욱일삼거리) bus stop.
Go 150m towards KEPCO (한국전력), and turn right onto Munyehoegwan-gil (문예회관길) Road.
Go 100m forward, and turn right to arrive at Sejong Culture & Arts Center.
