Be sure to check your spam folder as well, as the email may be treated as spam.

For your convenience in booking tours and tickets, there is a language and currency setting area in the upper right corner of the Trippose ( homepage. By selecting your desired language and currency, the website will instantly change to the selected language and currency.

Occasionally, emails may be mistakenly identified as spam and end up in the trash folder.

Please be sure to check both your spam and trash folders in your email inbox. Emails marked as spam may be deleted after a certain period.

Booking Process(How to book)

1. Internet Reservation Process
Please select the date, time, product type, and quantity, then follow the provided instructions to complete your reservation and payment.

2. Email Confirmation
Once your reservation is successfully completed, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your purchased item. Please be sure to check your spam folder and trash bin, as the email may be filtered there.

3. Presenting Your Reservation Voucher
At the venue, kindly present your mobile voucher to the designated staff member or at the ticket booth. Please note that presenting the reservation confirmation email is not acceptable.

What if the seller cancel my order?

If your reservation is cancelled by the seller, a full refund will be processed, and your 'Reservation Management' page will be updated. You will receive the refund using the same payment method. If the refund processing deadline has passed, the bank or credit card company will take responsibility and issue the refund to you.

※ Please note that when cancelling a credit card payment, factors such as exchange rate fluctuations and transaction fees may apply, causing the actual amount received to differ from the original payment amount.

How to edit my registered email address?

At Trippose (, it is not possible to change the email address associated with an account, as it is used for logging in. If you wish to change your email address, you may need to delete your existing account and create a new one with the desired email address.

How to check or reply messages?

1. Service website check: After logging into the reserved service website, you can find the 'Reservation' menu in 'My Page' at the top of the page to check your reservation details.

2. Responding method: After logging into the website, click on the 'Enquiries' menu in 'My Page' at the top of the page and write your inquiry. By specifying the reservation number and detailed information, you will receive more accurate guidance.

3. Email confirmation: Once the reservation is complete, most services will automatically send a reservation confirmation email. Please find the email in your inbox and check if the reservation details are correct.

4. Spam folder check: If the confirmation email is not in your inbox, please check your spam folder. Sometimes reservation confirmation emails may be classified as spam.

Late(Being late or not showing up to the tour)

Thank you for booking with us. Please note that if you are late or unable to attend the tour, the reservation will be considered cancelled and no refund will be available. This is because the tour company or site has prepared staff for the reservation time and cannot accept other reservations.

If you are unavoidably delayed or unable to attend, please understand that it will be considered a no-show and no refund will be available.

We are committed to providing you with the best possible experience on your tour. Therefore, we recommend arriving 20-30 minutes before your reservation time, so that the staff who are prepared for your reservation time can provide you with a smooth service. Thank you for using our service.

Do I need to print my voucher?

Dear customer, please present your reservation voucher to the staff on site via mobile screen.

Reservation email cannot be accepted as proof of reservation. Depending on the policy of each product, you may need to present your passport (or ID) for verification, so please be sure to check in advance.

Could you kindly explain what the 3DS authentication for credit card is?

3DS (Three Domain Secure) is a protocol that enhances security authentication among three domains - the cardholder, the card issuer, and the merchant - in a card payment system. It helps reduce the risk of security threats during the payment process and prevents fraudulent use of cards.

When using 3DS for payment, cardholders are required to go through an additional authentication step. For example, after entering their card information, such as card number, expiration date, CVV, an authentication code is generated based on the payment amount. This code is sent to the cardholder via SMS or app, and the payment can be completed by entering the code. By adding this extra layer of authentication, 3DS makes card payments more secure and less prone to security threats.

3DS is supported by various card issuers such as "Verified by VISA" by VISA, "Mastercard SecureCode" by Mastercard, and "J/Secure" by JCB. Merchants can also adopt card payment systems that support 3DS.

Why did the 3DS (authentication) transaction fail?

To perform a 3DS authentication payment, the card used by the customer must meet all three of the following conditions. If any one of these conditions is not met, the transaction will be rejected.

1. The card used by the customer must be registered with the brand system as capable of 3DS payment. If the customer attempts to pay without being subscribed to the 3DS payment service, the transaction will be rejected with a TS01 error.

2. The customer must enter the one-time password received on their mobile phone accurately into the payment window.

3. The card issuing company of the customer must have a system in place to provide the 3DS authentication value correctly. If a card is issued by a company that does not have such a system, a TS21 error will occur during 3DS payment. Sometimes, a bank branch where the customer subscribed to the 3DS authentication service may not have the 3DS payment system in place. In such cases, customers need to contact the bank branch.

If a transaction fails with a TS01 or TS21 code, the third condition is likely to be the problem. Furthermore, if the "ECI Flag" code is confirmed as 06 or 01 when checking the transaction, it indicates a transaction failure due to the third condition. For TS21, 3DS payment failure may occur due to slow internet speeds. Therefore, when attempting a 3DS authentication payment, it is necessary to confirm the three conditions mentioned above and take appropriate action if there are any issues.

Is it possible to get a refund for K-pop concert tickets after purchase?

When you purchase tickets through, the ticket quantity will be automatically allocated upon completion of your purchase and payment. Please note that due to the unique nature of K-POP concert tickets, cancellations and refunds are not possible.

Although seats are assigned randomly, we strive to allocate seats closer to the stage for those who book earlier. When purchasing tickets on, if you provide the reservation numbers of your companions, we will make every effort to assign adjacent seats.

Our K-POP concert tickets are designated for international visitors and are sourced directly from tourism agencies, local governments, and event organizers. These seats (including seated and standing) are the closest international-only sections to the stage, and we offer tickets for major K-POP concerts, award ceremonies, and fan meetings held in South Korea.
