Account Setting

You can create a Trippose(www.trippose.com) account using your Facebook account or email & password.
You can find the language and currency options at the top right of the website. Scroll down and select the language and/or currency you prefer.

If you have not received the Trippose(www.trippose.com) message to confirm your email address, please check your spam or junk mail folder.

If you still can’t find the confirmation, please click "Contact us" and leave a messge with your email address on to our staffs. We will help you as soon as we can.

Booking Process(How to book)

1. Make online booking
Choose date, number of people and proceed to checkout page to complete payment.

2. Check your email
Upon successful booking, you will receive a Email Voucher with a Confirmation Number.

3. Meet the tour staff
Show the email or say your name to the staff.

What if the seller cancel my order?

Under very limited circumstances, the local seller has to cancel confirmed orders. We are experienced travellers, we fully understand this inconvenience and will try to provide a solution to make your travel experience unforgettable anyhow.

Don't worry about your payment. We make sure that you get 100% refund from their side. If the seller cancels your confirmed order with force majeure, you can get all of your payment back. If the seller cancels your confirmed order without force majeure, you can get all of your payment back, besides, the seller has to compensate you according to the cancellation rules.

How to edit my registered email address?

You can't edit the registered email since it is your logging account. However if you want to receive the voucher in another email. Please also inform our staffs by click "Contact us" in your order.

How to check or reply messages?

Click "Contact us", you can read and reply your messages in message box.

Late(Being late or not showing up to the tour)

Please do reach our service them via emerency contact number/message, we will do our best to help you.

Being late or not showing up to the tour is deemed as a cancellation on visitation date and no refunds will be given.

Do I need to print my voucher?

Show the Voucher on your mobile phone at Ticket Office.
