3. Enjoy Your Spa Experience
Present your Email Voucher to the staff upon arrival on your reservation date.
※ Due to high demand, we kindly ask you to select 3 preferred time slots when booking. This helps maximize your chances of securing an available reservation time. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
The massage shop will confirm your reservation by selecting one available time from your chosen options.
※ Business Hours: 10:30 – 22:30 (Last entry: 21:00)
※ Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your reserved time for the best experience.
※ Each room accommodates 2 to 4 guests simultaneously.
Why did my 3DS (authentication) transaction fail?
For successful 3DS authentication, your payment card must meet all three conditions listed below. Failing to meet even one condition will result in transaction failure:
1. Card Registration:
Your card must be registered and enabled for 3DS payments by your card provider. If your card isn't registered, your transaction will fail with error code TS01.
2. Accurate OTP Entry:
You must accurately enter the one-time password (OTP) sent to your mobile device during the payment process.
3. Issuer’s 3DS System Capability:
Your card issuer must support and correctly provide the 3DS authentication service. If your issuer lacks this capability or experiences technical issues, the transaction will fail with error code TS21.
If your transaction fails and shows codes TS01 or TS21, it likely relates to the third condition. Specifically, if you see an "ECI Flag" code of 06 or 01, it confirms failure due to issuer system problems.
For error code TS21, slow internet connections can also cause failures. Ensure a stable internet connection when attempting 3DS authentication.
If a 3DS payment repeatedly fails, please contact your card issuer or bank to verify your 3DS enrollment status and their system compatibility.
