2. The customer must enter the one-time password received on their mobile phone accurately into the payment window.

3. The card issuing company of the customer must have a system in place to provide the 3DS authentication value correctly. If a card is issued by a company that does not have such a system, a TS21 error will occur during 3DS payment.
