Bukcheon Cosmos and Buckwheat Festival is one of the best autumn festivals in Hadong-gun, a district located in Jikjeon-ri, Bukcheon-myeon.

This festival is comprised of a wide range of events including exhibitions, hands-on programs, music concerts in flower gardens, the 7080s concert, a photograph contest, photo exhibition of Bukcheon Cosmos Station, caricature drawings and more.

From Seoul Nambu Terminal, take a bus bound for Hadong Intercity Bus Terminal.
At the terminal, transfer to Hadong-Jingyo Bus and get off at Daedeok (대덕) Bus Stop.
(Operating hour 7:00-14:50 / runs 3 times a day)
From the Daedeok (대덕) Bus Stop, take a Cheonghak-dong-Jinju (Bukcheon) Bus and get off at the Jikjeon (직전) Bus Stop.
(Operating hour 9:20-18:00 / runs 2 times a day)
Walk along the right side road for about 110 m to reach Jikjeon.

[Hands-on program]
Walking through lucky tunnel, catching loach, walking through cosmos buckwheat flower fields, folk games (jegichagi (Korean hacky sack), yutnori (traditional board game)), donkey-riding, red-clay experience, picking sweet potatoes, pounding rice-cake, making a cup, etc.

Watching super pumpkin, scarecrow exhibition, drone exhibition, Jeju organic cosmetic exhibition, nature-dyeing item exhibition, agricultural special product exhibition and sales, corbicula sampling and sales, Hadong hanu (Korean beef) exhibition & sales
