Korea's tallest building, Lotte World Tower, opened to the public in April, 2017 to great fanfare. It's already become one of the city's most popular attractions and one of the tower's star features is the observation deck Seoul Sky. Seoul Sky is the world's 3rd highest observation deck and the views of Seoul are unrivalled. It's possible to see Namsan Seoul Tower from Seoul Sky on a clear day. The library's most striking features are probably the three towering bookshelves that dominate the space. Multipurpose Cultural Venue Though primarily a library, visitors can also take in a variety of cultural events and performances that are hosted by Starfield.
