【Korean Travel】 Special Opening of Gyeonghoeru Pavilion Starting April 1

With start of spring, Gyeonghoeru Pavilion, the most beautiful place in Gyeongbokgung Palace, will have a special opening. From April 1 to October 31, pre-reserved visitors can enjoy the beauty of Gyeonghoeru Pavilion for seven months.  The two-story Gyeonghoeru Pavilion, located within the pond of Gyeongbokgung Palace served as a banquet venue for celebrations or to welcome and entertain foreign envoys during the Joseon period.  During the special opening period, visitors will be able to enjoy Gyeonghoeru Pavilion that is usually restricted.  To visit Gyeonghoeru Pavilion, reservation through Gyeongbokgung Palace website is required.
