From Dong Seoul Bus Terminal, take a bus bound for Ganeung Intercity Bus Terminal.
Take bus no. 202-1 at the bus stop infront of the bus terminal (ensure the bus is bound for Anmok) and get off at 'Anmok, Gangneung Port' bus stop. Takes about 30 minutes.
