The hotel owner's daughter-in-law, who speaks English, provides interpretation services for these Russian guests. Access

From Central City Terminal, take an express bus bound for Goheung Bus Terminal.
Transfer to a Nongeochon Bus (농어촌) bound for Goheung and Dohwa (고흥-도화). Ride the bus for 21 stops and get off at Balpo Bus Stop (발포 정류장). The ride will take a little less than 1 hour.
After getting off, walk back 380 m along the Chungmusa-gil (충무사길) and take a right at the three-way intersection at Balpo Samgeori (발포삼거리) onto Cheonma-ro (천마로).
Continue to follow the road for about 900 more meters and you will see a big sign saying "Victoria". Turn right here onto another Cheonma-ro (천마로).
Follow the road about 300 m until the end, where you will find the hotel.

Or, taking a taxi to the hotel from the Balpo Bus Stop is advisable (approx. 5 min).
