The Bears Town Resort is a large, year-round recreational resort that offers a variety of sports facilities. Main facilities include a golf course, swimming pool, survival game facility, leisure sports plaza, and accommodation facilities.Accommodations fall into two categories: Tower Condo and Villa Condo. Maisan Condoville, recipient of a three-star rating from Michelin Green Guide, is situated at the entrance to the unique Maisan Mountain, which consists of a couple of peaks named the "female" and "male" peaks in Jinan-gun, Jeollabuk-do.
