★ Eximbay Payment Information
We use Eximbay (www.eximbay.com) as our global payment gateway for secure international transactions. Please review the following for a successful checkout experience:

1. Supported Cards
• Visa, Mastercard, JCB, UnionPay, and other major credit/debit cards.
• Ensure your card is enabled for international/online transactions and 3DS authentication, if applicable.

2. Billing Details
• During checkout, enter your correct cardholder name, billing address, and contact information.
• Inconsistent or incorrect information may result in payment failure.

3. Currency & Conversion
• Eximbay supports multiple currencies. However, your final charge may be subject to currency conversion rates or additional fees determined by your card issuer.

4. Typical Eximbay Payment Errors
• Invalid Transaction or Declined: Often due to incorrect card details, insufficient funds, or issuer restrictions on foreign transactions.
• 3DS Authentication Failure: If your card issuer does not support 3DS or if OTP entry is incorrect (see below).
• Network Errors: A slow or unstable internet connection can cause transaction timeouts.

If you encounter an error with Eximbay, please confirm your card’s international usage settings and ensure your internet connection is stable. If issues persist, contact your card issuer or Eximbay’s customer support via their official site for further assistance.

★ Why did my 3DS (authentication) transaction fail?
For successful 3DS authentication, your payment card must meet all three conditions below. Failure to meet any single condition will result in a transaction failure.

1. Card Registration
• Your card must be registered and enabled for 3DS payments by your card provider. If your card is not registered, the transaction will fail with error code TS01.

2. Accurate OTP Entry
• You must accurately enter the one-time password (OTP) sent to your mobile device during the payment process.

3. Issuer’s 3DS System Capability
Your card issuer must support and correctly provide the 3DS authentication service. If your issuer lacks this capability or encounters technical issues, the transaction will fail with error code TS21.
• If your transaction fails and shows codes TS01 or TS21, it likely relates to the third condition (issuer capability).
• If you see an "ECI Flag" code of 06 or 01, it confirms failure due to issues with the issuer’s system.
• TS21 errors can also occur if your internet connection is slow or interrupted. Please ensure you have a stable internet connection when attempting 3DS authentication.

If 3DS payments repeatedly fail, please contact your card issuer or bank to verify your 3DS enrollment status and system compatibility. You may also reach out to Eximbay if you need additional support or guidance regarding payment processing.

Thank you for choosing our service. We look forward to providing you with a memorable experience! If you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us directly.
