11:00 — Meet at Anguk Station, Exit 4
Please meet in front of Anguk Station, Subway Line 3, Exit 4.1
Look for the staff holding a flag with the “Trippose.com x Gotour” logo.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the meeting time. You must present your mobile reservation voucher and passport for identity verification.

The shuttle bus will return to Seoul with drop-off at Hongik University Station and Myeongdong Station.

1. Ticket Collection & Identity Verification
✔️ Required Documents: To collect your ticket, you must present your product purchase receipt (printed or mobile page), a valid passport or foreign registration card for identity verification, and your mobile reservation voucher.
✔️ Strict Verification: The English name on your passport must match exactly with the English name submitted at the time of booking. If you fail to bring these documents or fail the identity verification process, you will be denied entry.
✔️ No Proxy Collection: Tickets cannot be collected by a proxy or third party under any circumstances.
✔️ Group/Package Bookings: For packages of two or more people, the purchaser and all companions must arrive together to collect their tickets. If any member is missing, tickets will not be issued, and entry will be denied.
✔️ Non-Refundable: No cancellations, changes, or refunds will be issued for tickets not collected due to missing documents or failure to follow the guidelines.

2. Seating & Entry

✔️ Late Arrival: Entry may be restricted after the performance begins. To ensure a smooth entry, please strictly follow the instructions of the on-site staff.

3. Venue Regulations & Prohibited Items
✔️ For a safe and enjoyable environment, security checks and bag inspections may be conducted prior to entry. Prohibited items may be confiscated, and guests carrying them may be denied entry.
✔️ Bags: Large bags and carriers/suitcases are strictly prohibited inside the venue. Only small bags for essential personal belongings are permitted.
✔️ Food & Drinks: No food or beverages are allowed inside the venue.
✔️ Dangerous & Restricted Items: Bottles, fireworks, lasers, pets, flower bouquets, balloons, and any other hazardous materials are strictly banned.
✔️ Equipment: Bringing any photography or recording equipment (except personal mobile phones), chairs (including portable folding chairs), step stools, or ladders is strictly prohibited.

4. Copyright Protection & Recording Restrictions
✔️ Zero-Tolerance Policy: All activities that infringe upon copyright laws are strictly forbidden during the concert. This includes taking photos, recording videos, audio recording, voice/video broadcasting, and live streaming.
✔️ Violator Penalties: If caught, all recorded data will be deleted on the spot, and you will be forced to leave the venue immediately.
✔️ No Refund Upon Eviction: Tickets will not be canceled or refunded if you are evicted from the venue for violating these rules.

5. Broadcast & Media Consent
✔️ Media Recording: Please be aware that this performance will be filmed and broadcast live or recorded. Your likeness, face, and image may be captured and appear in the broadcast footage.
✔️ Usage Rights: The organizer reserves the right to use all video and images filmed at the venue. By purchasing this ticket, you consent to your image being used for broadcasts, promotional videos, print materials, outdoor digital advertisements, and various web/mobile marketing channels.

6. View Obstruction & Performance Changes
✔️ View Obstruction: Visibility may be partially obstructed in certain sections due to venue structures (railings, pillars, etc.), stage equipment, or camera installations. Cancellations, exchanges, or refunds due to view obstruction are not possible.
✔️ Unannounced Changes: The schedule, performance time, artist lineup, and stage design are subject to change without prior notice due to the circumstances of the organizer or performers. No refunds will be issued for such alterations.

7. Cancellation, No-Show & Shuttle Bus Policy
✔️ Strict Non-Refundable Policy: A 100% cancellation fee applies immediately once the booking is confirmed. No refunds, cancellations, or changes can be made under any circumstances.
✔️ No-Show Policy: If you fail to arrive at the designated meeting point at the specified time for any reason (including personal delays or transportation issues), it will be treated as a No-Show. No refunds or rescheduling will be provided.
✔️ Shuttle Bus Route: The shuttle bus operates strictly as a round-trip service between Seoul (Anguk Station & Myeongdong/Hongdae Station) and the venue. Drop-off services to personal hotels are not provided.
✔️ Return Bus Notice: The return shuttle bus may be a different vehicle from the one you boarded in Seoul. Please check all your belongings before disembarking.
✔️ Valuables: Luggage and valuables cannot be stored inside the bus while you are away. Guests must keep their valuables with them at all times. Neither the travel agency nor the tour staff will be held responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items.
