Seoul(Jongno-gu) , Insadong・Jongnon

Opened on April 1, 1981, Arko Arts Theater’s mission statement is to “boost performance art, obtain performance space to promote its popularity among the public, and support stages to pure art organizations facing financial difficulties."Over the last 24 years, it has made immense contributions to the development of Korean performance art. By the end of 2004, the theater offered 20,581 performances and attracted over 4 million visitors.As the center of performance art, the theater also began to attract a slew of small theaters and has played a pivotal role in promoting performance art and populating Dongsung-dong with artist. Currently, Daehakro (College Street) is home to over 58 theaters that offer colorful performances every day, making it the focal point of performance art in Korea.Large performance hall, children's playroom, small performance hall, practice room pianos, visual equipment (TV and VTR recording), audio equipment (recording, music/effects editing), stages (revolving state, elevated state, and orchestra pit), lobbies (first and second floor of large performance hall and small performance hall) 


Seoul(Yongsan-gu) , Itaewon・Yongsan

Poom Seoul is a Korean restaurant serving traditional banga cuisine (cuisine of the royal or noble class) with a modern twist. The restaurant offers a different menu every season, using only the highest quality seasonal ingredients and placing priority on food safety, quality producers, and high meat grades. Diners can feel the care taken by the chef by the exquisite beauty and flavor of each dish that is served as part of the course meal. Vegetarian course meals are also available and private rooms can be reserved for groups of 6 to 16 people. Diners must make their reservation and place their orders at least one day prior to visit.


Busan(Nam-gu)

Igidae Park faces Jangsanbong Peak which is included in Yongho 3-dong. After passing one hill between Yongho Sewage Treatment Plants and Igidae, the east side where the peak (225.3 m high) can be seen has picturesque scenery, created by uniquely shaped rock cliffs, but it is too dangerous for tourists to visit. Therefore, visitors can take a ship in order to enjoy the scenery. The center of Igidae looks almost flat and seems to be leaning against the mountain which is linked to the sea for about 2km. The scenery including waves crashing into the rocks is fantastic and the area is also a suitable fishing spot. The area was used as a military operation area so civilian access was prohibited until 1993.


Daejeon(Yuseong-gu)

The Daejeon Convention Center (DCC) was opened on April 21, 2008 in support of the local convention industry, one of the Daejeon’s fastest going industries. The DCC is a state-of-the-art facility with a grand ballroom with seating for up to 2,000 and an exhibition hall with a capacity of 2,600. Covering an area of 29,228 square meters (B1-4F), the DCC boasts 24 professional meeting rooms including eight medium-sized meeting rooms (1F) and four exhibition halls (1F).Partner companies of the DCC include international meeting planners, hotels, PR and printing companies, and travel agencies, offering one-stop services for business travelers.Nearby attractions and facilities include the EXPO Science Park, an outdoor stage, a variety of accommodation facilities, restaurants, a shopping mall, the Hanbat Arboretum, the Culture and Arts Center, and a municipal art museum.


Seoul(Jung-gu) , Myeongdong

Known as a traditional snack enjoyed by royal families, the delicious ggultare consisits of 16,000 strands. Made of honey and malt, it is a widely popular snack among both Koreans and international tourists. Two ggultare shops in Myeong-dong and Insa-dong offer three different flavors: walnut, almond, and peanut ggultare. The unique way in which it is made has drawn media attention from abroad, causing the snack's popularity to skyrocket. The store in Myeong-dong also offers visitors a guide map of Myeong-dong along with their snack.

Bonsushi is an 'Edomae Sushi' specialty restaurant, serving the elegant tastes of Tokyo to businessmen at affordable prices, with menu sets starting at 10,000 won. In order to serve dishes at affordable prices, fresh fish, shellfish, and 15 other dishes, including the hard-to-come-by 'Okonomi' are constantly in rotation at this sushi restaurant.

Named after the French word for chestnut, Châtaigne is a french restaurant housed in a charming hanok (traditional Korean house) that was remodelled to accommodate dining tables and chairs. Châtaigne uses seasonal ingredients to create simple and unique French dishes.

Busan(Suyeong-gu)

Even the perfect presentation of this tender beat hints of its extraordinary taste. Though the meat is definitely the main dish, another specialty of this restaurant is the soybean paste stew made of homemade soybean paste, which is made from homegrown beans.
