Take the elevator to the 3rd floor of the BOBORIS building, and you will find CARADI at the reception area. Please present your reservation voucher to the staff upon arrival.

【Important Notices】
1. Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to ensure a smooth check-in process.
2. Reservation & Punctuality: All services are by reservation only. You must arrive within your scheduled time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, you may be considered a no-show. No refunds or cancellations are provided in this case.
3. Dyeing & Bleaching Fees: The listed fees apply to standard hair lengths. If your hair is longer, an extra KRW 55,000 will be charged on-site.
4. Service Time & Order: Service duration can vary depending on hair condition, and the order of services may change due to on-site factors.
5. Stylist Selection: Choosing a specific stylist is not available.
6. Booking Details: When reserving, please note your hair length (short, shoulder-length, or long) and mention any dyeing or perming done within the last 3 months under “Request & Notes.”
7. Celebrity Sightings: There’s a chance you may see celebrities at CARADI Hair Salon. Please respect their privacy so everyone can enjoy their visit.

【Reservation Time Setting Guide】
1. Request-Based Booking: Reservation times are based on requests, not automatic confirmations.
2. Available Times: You can request a booking in hourly slots from 10:00 AM (10:00, 11:00, etc.) up to 4:00 PM.
3. No Same-Day Bookings:: We do not accept same-day reservations.

2. Email Confirmation: Once your booking is successful, you’ll receive an Email Voucher. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder.
3. Payment Method: 3D Secure (Card Authentication Service)
* Enter your credit card details (name, number, expiration date, security code).
* You’ll be directed to a 3D Secure authentication screen where you can either:
- Receive an SMS code and enter it, or
- Enter a static code you’ve set up with your bank.
* After the issuing bank verifies your details and authentication code, payment will be processed.

【Why did the 3DS (authentication) transaction fail?
Q.1: Why did the 3DS (authentication) transaction fail?
All three of the following conditions must be met for a 3DS payment to succeed. If any are missing, the payment will be declined:
1. Your card must be registered for 3DS payments under the card brand’s system.
- If not, a TS01 error will occur, and the transaction will be declined.
2. You must correctly enter the one-time password (sent by SMS) into the payment window.
3. Your card issuer must support 3DS authentication.
- If your issuer does not support it, a TS21 error can occur.
- In some cases, your local bank branch might not have the necessary 3DS system, even if you are enrolled. You may need to contact your bank directly.

If you see a TS01 or TS21 error, the third condition is usually the cause. Also, if the ECI Flag code is 06 or 01, it indicates a failure related to the third condition. Slow internet can also cause TS21 errors. Before attempting a 3DS payment, confirm all three conditions are met or contact your bank for assistance.
