• Exclusive Use: This privilege is personal to the coupon holder. Only one coupon may be used per person, and it cannot be combined with other offers.
• Eligibility: This invitation is exclusively for international tourists. Please ensure the establishment is a participating member before use.
• Hygiene Policy: To maintain our premium hygiene standards, we kindly request that no outside food or beverages be brought into the facility.
• Infant Policy: Children under 36 months enjoy complimentary entry. Please present a passport or valid ID for age verification.
• Lost Items Fee: Please take care of your belongings. A replacement fee applies for lost items (Electronic Key: 15,000 KRW / Blanket: 5,000 KRW).
• Minor Access: In accordance with local regulations, guests under 19 are restricted from entry between 10:00 PM and 5:00 AM unless accompanied by a legal guardian.
• Maintenance Hours: To ensure the highest water quality, our baths undergo deep cleaning daily from 11:00 PM to 4:00 AM.
• Valuables: For your peace of mind, please secure all valuables at the front desk.
