A unique flea market full of artistic flavors is coming to one of Seoul's most renowned attractions at Seoul's fortress trail near Jangchung Gymnasium. This neighborhood boasts a fantastic city view over Korea's capital city, and holds a valuable heritage and history dating back over 600 years. Visitors to this place will learn both modern and historical aspects of the city through casual hiking along the trails, as well as browsing and experiencing the locals' many talents and inspirations.  The event will cover an area of over 1,000 square meters, starting from Jangchung Park and Shilla Hotel in the Namsan area. In the spring, the mountainsides transform into a sea of pink as the azaleas come into full bloom. The annual Yeongchwisan Azalea Flower Festival in April celebrates the beauty of the mountain flowers through a variety of outdoor performances and programs such as the Miss Azalea Flower Pageant.

World Taekwondo Culture Expo

The World Taekwondo Culture Expo takes place in Taekwondo's foundational city: Muju in Jeollabuk-do. Every year, about 2,000 athletes from 31 different countries participate in various seminars and competitions at the six-day expo. International athletes will also have a chance to learn about the culture of Jeollabuk-do and Korea through touring the host cities. Registration is required for participation in the expo.

Jongno Cultural Festival is one of the biggest festivals held by the district located in central Seoul.This festival is comprised of several festivals under the district theme including the Insadong Cultural Festival, Royal Court and the Nobility’s Traditional Food Festival, Yukuijeon (Six Major Markets of the Joseon Dynasty) Experience Festival and Daehangno Small Theater Festival.In addition, visitors can participate in a wide range of themed events like the Bukchon Festival and Nationwide Archery Competition.

Cheongsong Apple Festival is held in October and November every year to promote the excellent quality of apples grown in the area. Cheongsong, said to be a clean area, has the perfect conditions for superior tasty and quality of apples, from being surrounded by mountains with an average altitude that is quite high, providing a huge daily temperature range to the fact that there are no industrial factories in the area. The festival offers various unique events to entertain visitors and the market sells qualified apples for a low price.  

Asiana International Short Film Festival

Asiana International Short Film Festival (AISFF) is the first and biggest international competitive short film festival. Over the years, it has received thousands of submissions from around the world, and screened hundreds of them. A highlight of the AISFF is the "In The Air" program, which determines films to play on Asiana Airlines flights. Furthermore, AISFF has established a fund to support short film production and industry leader development.

Jeongseojin Sunset Festival

Jeonseojin district at Ara Incheon Passenger Terminal on Gyeongin Ara Waterway will hold the Jeongseojin Sunset Festival, an event open to all who wish to enjoy the glow of the setting sun on the western sea.The festival is held on December 31 and includes a pre-ceremony performance, countdown to the sunset, concerts, fireworks and more.
