Overview
Located 26km south of Pohang, Guryongpo Port serves as the docking port for squid fishing boats in the East Coast. Around the breakwater, rudder fish, seaperch, and rockfish are caught all throughout the year. Yellowtails are abundant from September through October followed by the season for Japanese seerfish.

From Seoul Express Bus Terminal or Dong Seoul Bus Terminal, take an express bus bound for Pohang Express Bus Terminal.
From the exit, walk left toward Jukdo Police Station and cross the street.
Take Bus 200 at Jukdo Police Station Bus Stop and get off at Guryongpo Transfer Center Bus Stop (37 bus stops away).
Head right for about 121m toward the port.

From Pohang Station (by Saemaeul), head straight and take a left at Ogeori (five-way intersection).
Take Bus 200 and get off at Guryongpo Transfer Center (39 bus stops away).
Walk right for about 121m toward the port.
