Jaraseom Island Auto Campground has been in operation since 2008 with the hosting of the Gapyeong International Camping Caravan Competition. The campground is highly rated as the best campground in the Seoul metropolitan area, offering outstanding natural views of the Bukhangang River, and eco-friendly facilities. Guests can stay in mobile homes, caravans, or at the auto-camping site. Amenities include public cooking areas, restrooms, shower booths, and laundry machines. The campground operates under a reservation basis, accepted over the phone or online. Nearby attractions include Nine Forest Ehwawon, a filming site for the drama "Iris (2009)," and the venue for the Jarasum International Jazz Festival, taking place every October.

Within winter skiers’ Mecca, Gangwon-do Pyeongchang-gun Yongpyong Resort, summer targeted water park, Peak Island, is opening. As a center of family vacation spots, Peak Island is offering enjoyment throughout all four seasons. Yongpyong Resort, well known as a ski resort, focused in winter interior which reflects to be very unique western image. Peak Island is located at Korea’s highest above the sea level of 700m which consists of one basement floor and four ground floors. Over 3,500 people can facilitate together at once and basement floor is for golfers to enjoy spa after the golf games. As main facilities there are beach pool, sweat chamber, Kid’s pool, running water pool, open-air theme pool, slides, sauna, and various events are available. In addition, with waterfall ice cave, it is possible to enjoy winter’s snow falling ambiance just as Finland’s winter.

The Jeon Hyuck Lim Museum of Art is located on the way to Yonghwasa Temple on Mireuksan Mountain in Tongyeong. This site used to be the location of the house where master painter Jeon Hyuck-lim lived for about 30 years since 1975. A new building was constructed and the site was turned into a creative space, opening to the public on May 11, 2003. The outer walls of the building is decorated with the master painter's paintings and his son Yeonggeun's paintings which were selected from among their works and reproduced by utilizing about 7,500 20x20cm ceramic tiles, with a view to represent the image of Tongyeong and the artistic image of the master painter. In particular, the front wall on the third floor is a reproduction of the great artist's work titled "Window" painted in 1992.

The Noodle Platform: A Multifaceted Noodle-Themed Cultural Space in Incheon When people think of iconic local foods in Incheon, various types of noodles quickly come to mind. After all, this coastal city is not only credited with popularizing jjajangmyeon but also with creating jjolmyeon. First Floor: Noodle Heritage on Display * Historical Exhibits The first floor highlights the origins of beloved noodle dishes such as jjajangmyeon and jjolmyeon. Visitors can also explore displays featuring nostalgia-inducing favorites like Hwapyeong-dong naengmyeon and Saejip kalguksu, showcasing the flavors Incheon residents hold dear. * Artifacts & Memorabilia Rare items, including an original noodle extruder donated by Gwangshin Mill (reputed to be the “first jjolmyeon factory”), add historical depth and visual interest. These artifacts offer a glimpse into the local food industry’s evolution, captivating both culinary enthusiasts and casual visitors alike. 2. Second Floor: Hands-On Culinary Experiences * Interactive Cooking Stations On the second floor, guests can try their hand at preparing various noodle dishes via models and digital displays. The setup encourages hands-on learning, allowing visitors to experiment with different cooking techniques. * Global Spice Exhibition An assortment of spices from around the world—often used in noodle dishes—are available for visitors to see and smell, providing a sensory tour of global flavors. * Cup Noodle Creation A dedicated corner offers a build-your-own cup noodle experience, adding a playful twist to the educational aspects of the platform. 3. Bringing Incheon’s Noodle Culture to Life By weaving together historical documentation, interactive exhibits, and opportunities for creative exploration, The Noodle Platform serves as an engaging cultural hub that underscores Incheon’s longstanding love affair with noodles. Whether you’re a food enthusiast or simply curious about Korea’s culinary heritage, this vibrant space offers a rich, hands-on encounter with one of the city’s most treasured traditions.

Located about 70㎞ southwest of Yeosu Port, Chodo Island is part of the ferry route from Yeosu to the more popular Geomundo Island. Major attractions on the island include small fishing villages, emerald green beaches, and the 500-year-old hackle berry tree. Island History In 1950, Chodo Island was defended by the brave local youth from the invasion of a small fleet of boats. The hackle berry tree is said to be occupied by the spirit that saved the life of an ailing local.

The Hapcheon Image Theme Park became a major tourist attraction after the release of Tae Guk Gi: The Brotherhood of War (2004), and has continued to increase in popularity following the filming of additional movies and dramas within the park. Well-known films and soap operas include Seoul 1945, Fighter in the Wind, Gyeongseong Scandals, Meeting Plaza, Dachimawa Lee, Modern Boy and East of Eden. The park is one of the largest film and television studio sets in Korea.The theme park is located in Gahori, Yongju-myeon (Hapcheon) and covers an area of over 231,406.00㎡. It is divided into two main sets separately owned by the major broadcasting companies KBS and MBC. The section owned by KBS houses reproductions of Seoul landmarks such as Seoul Station, Chosun Governor-General Office, and the Bando Hotel, as they appeared from the 1930s to the 1960s. MBC’s set focuses mainly on reproductions of streets from Sogong-dong, Seoul from the 1970s and 80s. A walk around this major filming location will transport visitors back into the Seoul of yore, a Seoul vastly different from the one people know and love today.After a set is used for a film or a soap opera, the City of Hapcheon remodels and displays it as a type of exhibit, chronicling the area’s anthropologic development. In the future, the city plans to expand exhibits to include a facility where visitors can view a collection of historic military pieces. 

Founded during the reign of King Mu of the Baekje Dynasty (632), Baekyangsa Temple is located within Naejangsan National Park. The combination of the mountain and valleys on both sides creates beautiful scenery. Nature reveals its beauty throughout all seasons here especially the red maple leaves during the fall. Daeungjeon, Geukrakbojeon and Sacheonwangmun have been designated as cultural assets. Pass the wood path of lined-up white oaks and maple trees, through the entrance of Baekyangsa Temple, and you will first spot Ssanggyeru. You will appreciate the breathtaking view of Ssangyeru shimmering in the pond.

Gangguhang Port is a large harbor in Yeongdeok, Gyeongsangnam-do Province. Osipcheon Stream, which is well known as a place for sweetfish-fishing, runs from Mt. Juwangsan in Cheongsong and empties into the sea at Gangguhang Port. Gangguhang Port is the main marketplace for Yeongdeok Daegae crabs and since there are so many places selling crabs near the port, the area is called "Daegae Street." Most recently, a large sculpture of a sailboat was put in place near the port, becoming a landmark for tourists. Gangguhang Port was a film location for many dramas and movies and is also famous for its driving course that winds along the coast and through the fishing community (Road #918 between Gangguhang Port and Chuksanhang Port).

The Donghak Peasants Revolution Memorial Hall was opened on May 11, 2004 in Donghak-ro, Deokcheon-myeon (in Jeongeup-si, Jeollabuk-do Province) near the Hwangto-hyeon Battlefield where the Donghak peasants rose up against corrupt public officials.The memorial hall has on display weapons and other items related to the Donghak Peasants Revolution as well as images of the battle. There is also a permanent exhibition room showing the evolution of the revolution and another exhibition room where special exhibitions are organized twice a year.

Located in Chengpung-myeon, Jecheon-si, Chungcheongbuk-do, Cheongpungnaru is the starting and ending point for pleasure boat commuting on the Cheongpung Lakeside. The ferry offers great views of the lake and its surroundings. In particular, the most popular course is the route between Cheongpung and Janghoenaru (장회나루) including Oksunbong Peak, Gudambong Peak and Geumsusan Mountain. Boarding takes place in front of Cheongpung Cultural Heritage Complex.
