Discover Three Distinct K-Culture Experiences Across Incheon
Three Cities, Three Unique K-Culture Experiences in Incheon
From Music and Fashion to Food and K-Content
Experience a New Side of K-Culture During Your Korea Trip
Discover the unique character of I♥️FEsta in Songdo, Yeongjong, and Cheongna. See It, Hear It, Taste It, Experience It in Incheon
This fall, three of Incheon’s most distinctive international districts—Songdo, Yeongjong, and Cheongna—will come alive with a series of K-Culture festivals, each showcasing the unique character of its destination. The 2026 IFEZ Global Festival brings the celebrations of Songdo, Yeongjong, and Cheongna together under one festival brand,I♥️FEsta, creating a city-wide K-Culture experience across Incheon. Under the 2026 slogan, “The Rhythm of K-Culture Connects the World,” the festival combines music with a wide range of Korean cultural experiences, including K-Fashion, K-Food, and K-Content. The festival series begins in Songdo on September 12, continues in Yeongjong on October 10, and concludes in Cheongna on October 24, with each destination presenting its own musical genre and signature cultural theme. Songdo brings together K-STAGE and K-Fashion through classical music and Korean traditional music, Yeongjong delivers the vibrant energy of K-BEAT alongside K-Food, featuring rock and Korean traditional music, and Cheongna celebrates K-OST with drama and film soundtracks, K-Content, and wine experiences. More than a series of performances, the festival invites visitors to discover Korean culture through fashion, traditional experiences, food, interactive content, and live entertainment.
For international travelers visiting Korea, we recommend enjoying each festival as part of a full-day Incheon itinerary, rather than simply stopping by for the main performance. In Songdo, discover a modern international city surrounded by waterfront scenery. In Yeongjong, enjoy the open coastal atmosphere close to the sea. In Cheongna, unwind beside a beautiful lake while experiencing the atmosphere of K-Content in autumn. Although all three destinations are located in Incheon, each offers a distinctly different travel experience. Choose the festival that best matches your interests, or, if your travel dates allow, visit more than one I♥️FEsta and discover just how diverse Incheon can be. Each festival runs from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM, with the main performance scheduled from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM. This makes it easy to explore the surrounding area during the day, join the festival activities in the afternoon, and end your day with a live evening performance. Step beyond the usual sightseeing itinerary and experience Korea in a more memorable way—listen to the music, take part in the culture, discover new flavors, and enjoy the atmosphere of a local festival while exploring Incheon.

Discover Korean Music and Traditional Culture in Modern Songdo
The first stage of the 2026 IFEZ Global Festival begins at Songdo Central Park. Songdo is one of Incheon’s best-known international districts, where modern cityscapes, spacious parks, and waterfront areas come together in a distinctive urban setting. For travelers who have already experienced Korea’s palaces, traditional markets, or historic neighborhoods, Songdo offers a completely different perspective—showcasing the modern, sophisticated side of contemporary Korea. Located in the heart of Songdo, Central Park provides an ideal setting for both cultural experiences and relaxed sightseeing, with open green spaces and waterfront scenery surrounding the festival venue.
K-STAGE / A New Encounter Between Classical Music and Korean Traditional Music
The main theme of I♥FEsta Songdo is K-STAGE.
The program brings together classical music and Korean traditional music, including crossover performances that reinterpret traditional Korean sounds in a contemporary way. If K-Pop and K-Drama first introduced you to Korean culture, this is an opportunity to discover another side of Korea’s musical identity. Experience how Korean traditional music and Western classical influences can come together on one stage to create a distinctive K-Culture performance beyond the familiar world of K-Pop.
K-Fashion / Experience the Beauty of Korea Through Hanbok and Fashion
Another major highlight of the Songdo festival is K-Fashion.
The program is expected to include a Hanbok fashion show, opportunities to try on Hanbok, and a variety of Korean traditional cultural experiences. Rather than simply viewing traditional clothing as an exhibition, international visitors can experience Korean aesthetics in a more engaging and approachable way through fashion and hands-on activities. The contrast between traditional Korean culture and Songdo’s contemporary urban skyline is also one of the most distinctive features of I♥FEsta Songdo.
How to Enjoy Songdo
Instead of visiting Central Park only for the festival, consider arriving a little earlier and spending time exploring Songdo itself. Take a relaxing walk through the park and enjoy the modern cityscape before joining the K-Fashion and cultural experience programs in the afternoon. In the evening, watch the K-STAGE performance and finish your visit with Songdo’s night scenery, which offers a completely different atmosphere from the daytime.
Recommended Travel Route
🔹Arrive in Songdo → Walk around Central Park → K-Fashion & Cultural Experiences → Dinner or Break Nearby → 7:00 PM K-STAGE Main Performance → Enjoy Songdo at Night
TRAVEL TIP | Songdo
🔹Arrive a Little Earlier: Exploring Central Park and the surrounding area before the festival begins allows you to experience not only the event, but also the character of Songdo itself.
🔹Don’t Miss the Afternoon Experience Programs: Rather than visiting only for the evening performance, take time to enjoy the K-Fashion, Hanbok, and traditional cultural programs as well.
🔹Wear Comfortable Shoes: If you plan to explore both the park and festival venue, you may spend a considerable amount of time walking, so comfortable footwear is recommended.
🔹Stay for the Night View:
After the main performance ends at around 9:00 PM, take a moment to enjoy Songdo’s illuminated skyline and waterfront atmosphere.
02. I🤍FEsta Yeongjong(2026. 10. 10. SAT)
K-BEAT × K-Food
Rock, Korean Traditional Music, and
K-Food Come Together at a Vibrant Festival by the Sea

🔸2026. 10. 10. SAT
🔸Time: 2:00 PM ~ 9:00 PM
🔸Main Performance 7:00 PM ~ 9:00 PM
🔸Venue: Yeongjong Seaside Park
🔸Main Theme: K-BEAT
🔸Performance: Rock & Korean Traditional Music Crossover
🔸Special Contents: K-Food
Enjoy the Second I♥FEsta Close to the Sea
The second festival takes place at Yeongjong Seaside Park.
Yeongjong is home to Incheon International Airport and is often the first part of Korea seen by overseas visitors arriving in the country. But Yeongjong is much more than a place to pass through on the way to or from the airport. With coastal scenery, open parks, leisure attractions, and a more relaxed atmosphere, it can also be enjoyed as a travel destination in its own right. Yeongjong Seaside Park provides a spacious outdoor setting close to the sea, giving the festival a more open and energetic atmosphere than a typical city-center event.
K-BEAT / iscover a New K-Music Sound Where Rock Meets Korean Traditional Music
The main theme of Yeongjong is K-BEAT.
High-energy band and rock performances are combined with elements of Korean traditional music, creating a dynamic crossover stage. While Songdo presents a more refined combination of classical and traditional Korean music, Yeongjong offers a stronger, more energetic sound. Listen to how traditional Korean music can be transformed through modern rock and discover a different side of K-Music that you may not have experienced before.
K-Food / See It, Taste It, and Experience Korean Food Culture
Alongside the music, K-Food is one of the major highlights of I♥FEsta Yeongjong.
The festival is expected to feature K-dessert brand showcases, hands-on dessert-making activities, and other programs that allow travelers to discover Korean food culture in an easy and enjoyable way. If you have already tried famous Korean dishes such as bulgogi or bibimbap during your trip, the festival offers another opportunity to discover more contemporary Korean food trends and desserts. Enjoying food while moving freely through the festival space also makes Yeongjong a particularly good choice for friends, couples, and travelers who prefer a lively outdoor festival atmosphere.
A Festival Evening in Yeongjong
The official program also includes a music fireworks presentation as one of Yeongjong’s special highlights. Spend the afternoon enjoying the park and K-Food programs, then continue into the evening with the K-BEAT performance and nighttime festival atmosphere. Combining the seaside setting, music, food, and live entertainment in one place is what makes I♥FEsta Yeongjong especially distinctive.
Recommended Travel Route
🔸Arrive in Yeongjong → Explore Seaside Park and the Surrounding Area → K-Food & K-Dessert Experiences → Dinner or Break → 7:00 PM K-BEAT Main Performance → Music Fireworks & Evening Festival
TRAVEL TIP | Yeongjong
🔸Don’t Just Pass Through the Airport: If you have time before departure or after arriving in Korea, consider spending a few hours exploring Yeongjong rather than heading straight to your next destination.
🔸Be Prepared for Coastal Weather: Evenings in October can feel cooler near the coast, especially when it is windy. Bringing a light jacket is recommended.
🔸Arrive During the Day: Visiting before the festival begins gives you time to enjoy Yeongjong’s seaside atmosphere before joining the afternoon programs.
🔸Take Your Time with the K-Food Experiences: Enjoy the food and cultural programs earlier in the afternoon, then move to the main stage before the evening performance begins.
03. I🤍FEsta Cheongna & Cheongna Festival(2026. 10. 24. SAT)
K-OST × K-Content & Wine
K-Drama and K-Movie Soundtracks, Interactive Content, and Wine Come Together on an Autumn Evening

🔹2026. 10. 24. SAT
🔹Time: 2:00 PM ~ 9:00 PM
🔹Main Performance 7:00 PM ~ 9:00 PM
🔹Venue: Cheongna Lake Park
🔹Main Theme: K-OST
🔹Performance: Drama & Film Soundtracks
🔹Special Contents: K-Content & Wine
The Final I♥FEsta Surrounded by a Lake and the Atmosphere of Autumn
The final stage of the 2026 IFEZ Global Festival takes place at Cheongna Lake Park.
Cheongna is a modern district designed around a large lake and waterfront spaces, offering a calmer and more relaxed atmosphere than Songdo or Yeongjong. Held in late October, the festival also gives visitors the chance to enjoy Korea’s autumn season alongside the lake, making it an ideal destination for travelers who enjoy leisurely walks, outdoor scenery, and cultural experiences.
K-OST / Relive the Emotion of Korean Dramas and Films Through Music
The main theme of Cheongna is K-OST. The program focuses on soundtracks from Korean dramas and films, making this event especially appealing to international travelers who love K-Drama and K-Movies. If Korean content inspired you to visit Korea, this is your chance to hear the music you remember from the screen in a live outdoor setting during your trip. Hearing familiar soundtracks beside the lake on an autumn evening can turn a favorite song or drama memory into a completely new travel experience.
K-Content / Go Beyond Watching and Take Part in K-Culture
K-Content is another important part of the Cheongna program. Interactive experiences inspired by K-Drama and K-Dance allow visitors to participate rather than simply watch. For travelers who already enjoy K-Drama and K-Pop but are looking for something beyond concerts or filming-location tours, these hands-on K-Content programs offer another way to connect with Korean popular culture.
Wine / Another Highlight Through the Cheongna Festival
On October 24, I♥FEsta Cheongna will be held in connection with the Cheongna Festival.
This means visitors can enjoy not only K-OST and K-Content, but also a wider range of programs taking place throughout the festival area. Wine-related activities, including wine tasting and sommelier programs, are planned, along with K-STREET performances featuring Korean traditional percussion and rhythmic street performances. From popular Korean entertainment to traditional rhythms and lifestyle experiences, Cheongna offers the broadest mix of festival content among the three destinations.
Spend an Autumn Day at Cheongna Lake Park
If you visit I♥FEsta Cheongna, consider arriving early enough to enjoy the lake before the festival activities begin. Spend the daytime walking around the park, join the K-Content and other experience programs in the afternoon, and enjoy the K-OST performance in the evening. As the sun sets, the atmosphere around the lake changes naturally, allowing you to experience both daytime and evening views of Cheongna in a single visit.
Recommended Travel Route
Arrive in Cheongna & Enjoy a Meal Nearby → Walk Around Cheongna Lake Park → K-Content Experiences → K-STREET & Wine Programs → 7:00 PM K-OST Main Performance → Enjoy Cheongna Lake Park at Night

FESTIVAL TIPS for International Travelers
1. Explore the Destination Before the Festival BeginsAll three festivals begin at 2:00 PM.
Instead of arriving immediately before the event, consider coming earlier to explore Songdo, Yeongjong, or Cheongna, enjoy lunch, and discover the surrounding area. This turns your festival visit into a more complete day trip in Incheon.
2. Enjoy the Afternoon Experiences as Well as the Evening Performance
The main performances begin at 7:00 PM, but I♥FEsta offers much more than the evening stage. Each destination features daytime cultural programs such as K-Fashion, K-Food, and K-Content. Joining these experiences will give you a much fuller festival experience.
3. Dress Comfortably for an Outdoor Festival
All three events take place in outdoor park settings. Comfortable shoes are recommended, especially if you plan to explore the surrounding destination as well. Because temperatures can change between afternoon and evening in September and October, bringing a light outer layer is also a good idea.
4. Choose the Destination That Matches Your Interests
The three festivals do not repeat the same program.
Fashion & Traditional Culture → Songdo
Music & Food → Yeongjong
Drama, Film & Content → Cheongna
Choose the destination that best matches your interests and Korea travel schedule.
Explore Incheon with the I♥FEsta Mobile PASS
In 2026, the I♥FEsta Mobile PASS is planned to help connect the festival experiences across Songdo, Yeongjong, and Cheongna. Additional tourism-linked programs are also planned, including local shopping and business district discount coupons connected with major Incheon tourism destinations. These initiatives are designed to encourage visitors to explore not only the festival venues, but also nearby attractions, local businesses, and the wider destination. Detailed programs and artist lineups will be announced progressively in line with each festival date.
TRAVEL IN INCHEON WITH I♥FEsta
Songdo, Yeongjong, and Cheongna are all part of Incheon, yet each offers a completely different travel experience.
In Songdo, discover modern cityscapes alongside Korean traditional culture.
In Yeongjong, experience the energy of music and K-Food close to the sea.
In Cheongna, enjoy the lakeside atmosphere together with K-Drama, K-Movie, and K-Content experiences.
Choose one festival and spend a full day exploring the destination, or, if your travel dates allow, visit several I♥FEsta events and discover the different sides of Incheon. Travel in Korea is not only about seeing famous landmarks. Sometimes the most memorable moments come from listening to local music, taking part in a cultural experience, discovering new food, and sharing the atmosphere of a festival with the people around you.
This Fall,
Begin a New K-Culture Journey in Incheon.
Three cities. Three themes. Three completely different experiences.
Discover the harmony of tradition and modernity in Songdo, feel the energy of music and food in Yeongjong, and immerse yourself in the world of K-Drama and OSTs in Cheongna.
