For two months, from September 1 to October 31, over 100 Muslim-friendly restaurants throughout the nation will participate in Halal Restaurant Week. Visitors who choose to participate can enjoy delicious Halal food at discounted prices, as well as other great benefits!

Korea Tourism Organization began designating Muslim-friendly restaurants in 2016. This year, the efforts have expanded to include introducing and promoting these restaurants to a wider audience through discount coupons!

Coupons to the 107 restaurants range from discounts on food to free drinks and side orders. The coupons can be download from the Halal Restaurant Week website and printed or used as e-coupons via mobile download. In addition, 18 of the participating restaurants will be serving up special menus, only available during the event period!

Now, even Muslim tourists can enjoy traveling in Korea without worrying about what to eat!
