◈ Notices & Guidelines

• Performance times and lineup are subject to change without prior notice depending on the circumstances of the organizer and performers.
• Artist changes may occur due to unavoidable reasons. Cancellations or refunds will not be accepted in such cases.
• Once the reservation is confirmed, a 100% cancellation fee applies, and refunds are not available under any circumstances. Please note that inquiries regarding cancellation or refund will not be accepted.
• Seating will be randomly assigned on the day of the event. Advance seat number or location requests cannot be accommodated.
• When booking, you must provide complete participant information including passport number (last 4 digits masked with *), passport English name, nationality, gender, and email address. Submitted information can only be modified once.
• On the event day, you must bring your passport or Alien Registration Card (original).
• Outside food and beverages are not allowed inside the venue. (Water is permitted.)
• Photography with telephoto lenses and video recording are strictly prohibited inside the venue. Bag checks may be conducted before entry.
• Neither the organizer nor Trippose.com is responsible for lost or stolen tickets after issuance. Tickets cannot be reissued.
• If the applicant is a minor, parental/guardian consent is required before booking.
• Shuttle buses will operate round-trip between Myeongdong Station / Hapjeong Station and the venue.
• The return bus after the event may not be the same vehicle as departure. Please ensure you take all personal belongings with you when disembarking.
• Please arrive at the designated boarding point at least 15 minutes before departure. Present your mobile voucher and passport to the guide for verification. Buses will depart on time, and late arrivals will not be accommodated.
• Boarding points will be marked with the ‘Go Tour x Trippose.com’ logo. Please look for this sign and meet your guide.
• Standing Zone tickets must be exchanged for a wristband on-site before entry. Entry will be in order of queue. Lost or damaged wristbands will not be reissued, and entry will be denied, so please handle them carefully.
• This package is for foreign nationals only. Korean citizens are not eligible to purchase, and refunds will not be available in case of purchase.
