※ Each person can purchase up to 4 tickets.
※ The Hanji Handcraft Class Ticket is valid until December 31, 2024.
※ The Hanji Handcraft Class is held on the first floor of Incheon Sangsang Platform.
※ Gifts for foreigners are provided by the organizer upon ticket exchange on the event day and may be discontinued without prior notice if supplies run out.

*Foreign Visitor Ticket Booth Hours: 10:00 - 22:00 (KST)
*Entry Time: Starting from 10:00 (KST)
* Please exchange your tickets at the foreign visitor ticket booth marked with the 'Trippose' logo.
* Once your reservation is confirmed, cancellations and refunds are not possible. Please make your purchase carefully.
* You must present your mobile reservation voucher and ID (passport or ID card). Both mobile and printed vouchers are accepted.
* Note: The reservation voucher must be presented. Confirmation emails are not valid.
* Please ensure you bring your passport on the event day.
※ At the foreigner-exclusive ticket booth marked with the Trippose.com logo, present your mobile voucher and passport to receive your admission wristband. After putting on the wristband, you can enter the venue and enjoy unlimited re-entry.
※ The admission wristband must be worn at all times until the end of the event. For 3-day and 2-day passes, the wristband must be worn until the end of the entire event schedule. Please note that lost or damaged wristbands cannot be reissued, so take extra care to keep them safe.

※ When exchanging tickets, you must present your reservation voucher and passport (or foreign ID). Reservation confirmation emails will not be accepted.
※ Please bring your passport on the day of the performance.
※ By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the performance guidelines. These guidelines may be updated or changed based on the event circumstances. Please review the guidelines before the event to avoid any inconvenience.
※ Exchange your mobile reservation voucher for a wristband at the foreigner-exclusive ticket booth. Once you have the wristband, you can enter the venue and enjoy unlimited re-entry.
※ Performing artists and performance times are subject to change due to unavoidable circumstances. Cancellations or refunds due to such changes are not allowed.
※ Lost or damaged wristbands cannot be reissued, so please take special care to keep them safe.
※ 3-day/2-day wristbands must be worn for the entire duration of the event.
※ Alcohol purchases and smoking are only permitted for adults wearing an age verification wristband.
※ There will be checks for wristbands and prohibited items (including outside food and beverages) upon entry.
※ CCTV will be installed and operated throughout the venue to ensure attendee safety.
※ There will be a paid luggage storage area available within the venue.
※ The organizers, sponsors, venue, and vendors are not responsible for any accidents, theft, or loss due to attendee negligence inside or outside the venue. Please take care of your valuables.
※ In case of an emergency at the venue, please use the nearest emergency booth or inform security staff or event staff nearby.
※ Excessive drinking, fireworks, open flames, and any hazardous items are prohibited. Causing harm to other attendees or damaging the venue’s facilities or areas will result in immediate removal without warning and potential legal action. Refunds will not be issued in such cases.
