Hello! Thank you for choosing TRIPPOSE for your Seoul Festa 2023 experience. In order to process your tickets for the opening ceremony, the Seoul Tourism Bureau requires some additional information from you.

Please kindly provide the following details for all participants:

Flight reservation number (mandatory)
Hotel name and accommodation reservation details
If you are an expatriate residing in Korea, we kindly request you to provide the flight reservation number from your most recent entry into the country.

*Please be advised that to reserve this ticket, a flight reservation number is required for each participant entering South Korea. When making the booking, kindly provide one flight reservation number per attendee.

All participants' English names, date of birth, and 4 digits in front of their passport numbers (e.g., TS12****)
Please bring your passport on the day of the performance.

★This ticket is only for foreigners. You can get a ticket after being checked with your passport.

2. Check your email
Upon successful booking, you will receive an Email Voucher.
※Be sure to present your voucher. You cannot present reservation e-mail.
※Ticket can be exchanged at the foreigner exclusive ticket booth.
※In case of receiving ticket on the site, please present e-voucher with identification.
※Receiving on-site ticket is limited for one time (In case of purchasing multiple tickets, buyer should receive whole tickets by oneself)
※Ticket(including robbery, damage, no-possession, loss) can’t be re-issued or exchanged, and someone who do not have ticket can’t enter the performance hall for any reason.
※Liability of losing ticket is up to oneself and we inform that host/associates/supervisor have no liability about such issue so please be careful of possessing one’s own ticket.
* If the performance is cancelled due to Corona Virus problems, a 100 percent refund will be given.
※ Only those who make reservations will be notified of the emergency contact information for the concert day.
※ All items at the concert are items that cannot be cancelled when the reservation is confirmed. 100% commission will be charged upon cancellation
