Essential Guide & Logistics
This is a Flexible, Self-Guided Premium Package designed to maximize the joy of independent travel while removing the stress of booking premium services.· Post-Booking Notification: A detailed [Tour Manual] containing your specific styling time, the exact location of the massage shop (which varies by date/group), and instructions for ticket pickup will be sent to your registered email after booking confirmation.
· Transportation: Private vehicles or shuttle buses are NOT provided. You are responsible for traveling between Myeongdong and the Han River via Seoul’s excellent public transport (subway, bus) or taxi. All transportation costs are the responsibility of the participant.
· English-Speaking Staff: Professional English-speaking guides will be stationed at the K-Beauty salon to ensure smooth communication with the artists and assist you throughout the styling process.
Important Precautions
· Identification: This tour is exclusively for non-Korean passport holders. You must submit a copy of your passport upon booking and bring your original passport on the day of the tour. Participation will be denied without a refund if ID cannot be verified.· Punctuality: Arriving late for your salon or massage appointment may result in a shortened service or cancellation. No-shows are strictly non-refundable.
· Health Disclosure: Pregnant women or individuals with specific medical conditions should exercise caution regarding the massage. Please inform the staff in advance of any skin allergies before styling begins.
· Safety & Belongings: The festival grounds will be very crowded. Please take extra care of your personal belongings. The organizers are not responsible for any loss or theft.
