Dadaepo Beach is made from sands deposited by Nakdonggang River and features shallow water and wide sand fields suitable for children to enjoy. Nearby, Dadaepo Beach Park is also the perfect place for a family vacation as various facilities such as a foot bathing facility, shower facilities, and parking places are available. The place is also used for the Busan sea festival and the event venue for daljip (brushwood) burning on Jeongwol Daeboreum.

How to Get to Busan from Seoul
Go to Seoul Station (subway line No.1, 4) → Take a train bound for Busan Station (Time it takes: By KTX: 2hrs 40 mins., By Saemaeul: 3hrs 40 mins., By Mugunghwa: 5hrs 20mins. / First bus is at 05:25, Last bus is at 23:00, Intervals are every 5~10 mins.)
How to Get to Dadaepo Beach from Busan Station
From Busan Station: Take Bus No.2, 98 for Dadaepo at the bus stop in front of Busan Station(17 meters).
From Nampo-dong: Take Bus No.11.
By Subway: Get off at Sinpyeong Station or Goejeong Station(Subway Line No. 1) and transfer to Dadaepo Beach(Bus No. 2, 11, 96, 98).
