The Star Hill Resort (formerly "Mt.Cheonmasan Ski Resort") is located deep in the beautiful and mysterious Cheonmasan Mountains. Chuam Beach is a beach filled with a diverse variety of rock formations and coastal cliffs, where 150 meters of white sands leave you breathless. This beach is also called Haegeumgang Beach, due to its beautiful surrounding scenery. There is a lot to see on this rocky island, with its wild coastal cliffs boasting such formations as ‘Knife Rock’, ‘Candlestick Rock’, and of course caverns. The ‘Candlestick Rock’ is somewhat known to be symbolic of Chuam Beach, as it points sharply towards the heavens. Just behind ‘Candlestick Rock’ lies the summerhouse, Haeamjeong.The shoreline cliffs unfold into a panorama at the back of Haeamjeong, and at its front is the gorgeous view of the open ocean which can be taken in with just one glance. The quiet and shallow waters characterize Chuam Beach, making it perfect for the whole family to enjoy.

Gyeongju Yangdong Village (양동마을) is Korea’s largest traditional village, showcasing the traditional culture of the Joseon Dynasty and the beautiful natural surroundings. Thanks to its many cultural heritages, including treasures, national treasures, and folklore materials, the entire village has been designated as a cultural heritage site. Many people have visited this village to see its wealth of cultural heritages and scenic surroundings. Charles, Prince of Wales, visited this village in 1993.Mt. Seolchangsan and its four spines of mountains can be seen beyond the village. Approximately 160 old houses and 500-year-old thatched-roof cottages are nestled within the valley. Fifty-four of these homes, are over 200 years old and have been excellently preserved in their original state, offering a rare opportunity to view a variety of unique Korean traditional houses in person. 

The Danyang Intercity Bus Terminal is located at Byeolgok-ri, Danyang-eup, Danyang-gun in Chuncheongbuk-do Province. There are many famous tourist sites near the bus terminal including the Danyang Hot Spring, Gosu Cave, Dodamsambong Peak, Seokmun, Cheondong Cavem, Darian Valley, Oksunbong Peak, Gudambong Peak and Sainam Rock.

From Jebudo Island (제부도) you can witness the parting of sea. This seemingly biblical phenomena can be experienced in Hoedong-ri, Gogun-myeon, Jindo-gun, Jeollanam-do; Sado-ri in Hwajeong-myeon, Yeocheon-gun, Jeollanam-do; at Muchangpo Beach in Gwandang-ri, Ungcheon-myeon, Boryeong-gun, Chungcheongnam-do; Hado in Unsan-ri, Byeonsan-myeon, Buan-gun, Jeollabuk-do and between Jebudo Island and Songgyo-ri, Seosin-myeon, Hwaseong City, Gyeonggi-do.The 2.3-kilometer stretch of water between Jebudo Island and Songgyo-ri, Seosin-myeon, parts twice a day during the low tide, and is where the sea parts most frequently in Korea. The exposed foreshore, which remains accessible for six hours until it is submerged by the tide, appears at a different time each day. Just roughly 20 years ago, the people of Jebudo Island would wade across the route, often getting soaked up to their waist, to reach the mainland. However, after cement pavement was installed in the late 1980’s, the route became quickly and easily accessible by car. Though Jebu Island is small there are some notable sights to see, like the Maebawi (falcon rock) that serves as roost for local falcons, and a 2.5 km beach that is dotted with clamshells.

Eco Land Theme Park is built in the 1km² Gotjawal primeval forest. Visitors can explore around in a train that looks like 1800s’ steam powered Baldwin train. The five Baldwin train look-alike operated in the park were specially ordered and manually manufactured in UK. In the large Gotjawal forest with railway trails, visitors can see a variety of plants, animals, and insects living in the mysterious Gotjawal forests, while touring around by the special train. It also has a lake for visitors to experience the ecosystem of the forest, take a walk, and enjoy picnic. Besides, there are many things to enjoy including Eco Bridge, Hovercraft, Eco Windmill, Picnic Garden, Kid’s Town, Eco Road, Bare Foot on Scoria, Floating Café, and topiary art works. .

Gimpo International Airport, located in Gangseo-gu neighborhood in Seoul, was first established in 1939 as a military facility by the Japanese Army. After Korea regained its independence from Japan, the facility continued to be used by the American Air Force until 1957. The airport was officially designated an international airport by a presidential mandate in 1958, and it started to function as one after 1971. Since then, Gimpo International Airport has been a major gateway of Korea.With the opening of the Incheon International Airport in 2001, the main function of Gimpo Airport shifted from that of an international airport to that of a domestic airport. However, it still remains one of the representative airports of Korea, serving millions of travelers every year. Recently the airport has expanded its facilities to include Sky City, a large multi-purpose leisure and shopping complex.

Since opening on October 25, 2002, the Nokcheongja Museum has been running ceramic classes for visitors and offering academic data about the Green Celadon Kiln Site in Incheon (Historic Site No. 211). The excavation work for the Green Celadon Kiln Site in Incheon was conducted on four separate occasions from December 1965 to May 1966 by joint research teams of the National Museum of Korea and Incheon Metropolitan City Museum. The celadon fired in this kiln has a dark green or brownish green glaze with an uneven surface. The Green Celadon Kiln Site was the first cultural property in this area to be designated as a Historic Site (designated on May 1970).

Situated in north of the river in Chuncheon and also known as 'The City of Lakes', Gangwon-do Provincial Flower Garden is a gift of nature with its wonderful harmony of lakes and mountains. Gangwon-do Provincial Flower Garden was formed with intention to create and display Gangwon-do's local flower as well as to preserve nature, distribute and experiment. Gangwon-do's local flower exhibition and arboretum lasted from February 1996 to October 1998. It was opened to the public on May 20, 1999 where it has been used as nature observation for kids as well as a place to relax.Main facilities include Gangwon-do Forest Park, Gangwon-do Flower Museum, forest-product shop, information center and octagonal pavilion warehouse for farming utensils. An area covering 537,020 sq. ft. is filled with gardens, fountains, ponds, a stone bridge and many more.* Flower Garden ¬- 120,476㎡ (1,804 species / about 85,000 pieces)

Located inside The Ocean Resort in Yeosu, Jeollanam-do, this large water park can accommodate 600 people at once. It opened in July 2008 in time for the opening of the resort equipped with 128 rooms. It is the only water park in Korea that provides views of the refreshing blue waters of the Dadohaesang National Marine Park. Its indoor facilities include an artificial wave pool with slides, Para Wave Slide, Aqua Kids’ Pool, and spa. Meanwhile, the outdoor facilities include Double Tornado, slides, and wave pools. The water park is also equipped with various convenience facilities such as cafeteria, DVD room, changing rooms, swim suit shop, and more. The resort has seven floors above ground and four below with all rooms providing ocean views. The resort facilities include a wedding hall, banquet hall, and restaurants.
