K-Beauty Gallery, located inside Osong KTX Station in Chungcheongbuk-do, opened its doors on April 3, 2014. K-Beauty Gallery serves as a venue for the exhibition of promotional and advertising materials used by the Cosmetics & Beauty Expo Osong Korea held in 2013. It also sells various cosmetics and beauty products at the store “Beauty is You.” In addition, exhibitions at the gallery showcase everything beauty-related from traditional styling and make-up techniques to the latest trends in the beauty industry.

Bangtaesan Recreational Forest is known for its beautiful scenery like the two-step waterfall at Madangbawi Rock. The autumn foliage in the forest is worth seeing because of the outstanding species of broadleaf trees in the Reserved Forest.Wild animals like rabbits, roe deer, and squirrel inhabits the forest. Sinjindo Island is located at the end of Jeongjuk Peninsula in Sinjindo-ri, Geunheung-myeon, Taean-gun, Chungcheongnam-do. The island has an area of 1.06 ㎢, and is 40 km away from Taean-gun and 1km away from Geunheung-myeon. People settled on the island after Manhocheon fortified the shore during the period of King Seongjong.

Seoksumun is a floodgate on the Dongnakcheon Stream, which flows through the town of Ganghwa-eup. The floodgate was built in 1711 (37th year of King Sukjong’s reign during the Joseon Period) and it is connected to the inner walls of the Ganghwasanseong Fortress. It is an arched structure with a design of three rainbows coming together. Made of granite, the floodgate measures 18.2 meters in length and 2.7 meters in x_height, while the arches are 1.7 meters tall, and 3 meters wide.

SKY72 is the largest golf course in northeast Asia located at Incheon Airport. Located between Choseong-ri Station and Jeongok Station, Hantangang Station is a railway station that started operating on June 28, 1975 as a temporary station. Some tourist attractions near Hantangang Station include Hantangang River Resort, the Paleolithic Historic Site. Near the entrance to Hantangang Railway Bridge, one can see the Monument for the Korean War's UN Forces, and the 38th parallel boundary stone.

Pungsuwon was the first catholic village in which over 40 faithful from Yongin (Gyeonggi-do), led by Sin Tae-bo (or St. Peter), settled to escape the wrath of Sinyubakhae (religious persecution of Catholics) of 1801. Over a period of 80 years, the settlers had led their religious lives without a priest until Father Le Merre (a French priest) came to the village in 1888. Succeeding Le Merre in 1896, Father Jeong Gyu-ha (or Augustino), along with Chinese engineers, began to build Pungsuwon Cathedral. Completed in 1907 by the faithful, the cathedral still remains a beautiful building; it is a popular spot for visitors, having frequently appeared in Korean dramas and films. It is the first cathedral built by a Korean priest as well as in Gangwon-do; it is the fourth cathedral built in Korea. Pungsuwon Cathedral was designated as Gangwon-do Local Cultural Property No.69 in 1982.
