Hantaek Botanical Garden
 
Gyeonggi-do(Yongin-si)
Hantaek Botanical Garden, located in Oksan-ri, Baekam-myeon, Yongin-si, Gyeonggi-do, is divided into an East Garden and West Garden. The East Garden is comprised of 25 uniquely-themed gardens that together measure 70,000 pyeong (about 231,420 square meters). The West Garden is a natural habitat for research and conservation purposes and is not open to the public.Hantaek Botanical Garden holds a wide range of festivals, events, educational training programs and other activities while nurturing 9,000 different species of flowers in a clean, natural environment. Inside the garden are Korean restaurants, a souvenir shop, and a plant shop.

Maeam Tea Museum

Maeam Tea Museum originally started from a tea garden in 1964 established by Gang Seongho. The tea museum features hands-on programs that allow participants to directly experience the process of making tea and also learn about proper tea culture.

Saecheonnyeon Road
 
Gangwon-do(Samcheok-si) ,
Saecheonnyeon Road in Gangwon-do Province is a 4.8㎞ road along the eastern coast of Korea. It features unique rock formations, a pine tree forest, and the Tower of Wishes, built with thousands of stones that have been engraved with names of over 30,000 people. Every New Year's Day, a sunrise festival takes place on the Road, and people pray their wishes upon the Tower.

Hadong Agyang-myeon [Slow City]

Agyang-myeon located in Hadong-gun, Gyeongsangnam-do province is home to Korea’s well-known Jirisan Mountain, and the crystal clear waters of Seomjingang River. Two mountain ranges, both beginning from Samsinbong Peak, form the natural boundaries of the area and its villages.Agyang-myeon’s unique atmosphere invokes feelings of nostaligia as well as fresh natural scents of the outdoors. At the foot of the mountain is a time-honored wild tea field that has existed more than 1,300 years. Green tea from Hadong has long been known as superior to all other green teas.The area is also famous as the setting of ’Toji’, a saga written by Korea’s famed author Park Gyeong-Ri. Some places referenced in the novel include Cham Pan Choi’s residence and Pyeongsa-ri Park. Every autumn, the “Toji Literature Festival” takes place here. For its representative traditions and many other reasons, Agyang-myeon was designated the fifth Slow City in Korea in 2009. The city is the first tea producing area designate as a Slow City, and the green tea of Hadong was officially recognized as a local specialty by the World Slow City Network General Assembly.

Sapgyoho Tourist Park

Sapgyoho Tourist Park is located in Dangjin-si, Chungcheongnam-do, near Sapgyoho Lake, a man-made artificial lake that was completed in October 26, 1979. The lake also connects with the sea and therefore has abundant maritime resources. Popular tourist sites like Anyang Hot Springs and Dogo Hot Springs also neighbor the tourist park. For its extensive views, both lake and ocean, the Ministry of Transportation appointed Sapgyoho a must visit tourist site in October 1983. The ministry is continuing to build the Sapgyoho embankment, which stretches out to 3,350m in total and is expected to create a more enjoyable area for visitors as it will have a lot to offer. Due to its growing popularity, buses depart every 10 minutes at the Seoul Gangnam Bus Terminal. Sapgyo Lake connects Asan-si and Dangjin-gun, and visitors going to the lake need to get off at Sapgyo Lake Resort Bus Stop.

Saneum Recreational Forest

Gyeonggi-do Yangpyeong’s Saneum Recreational Forest (산음자연휴양림) is located at the base of Danwol-myeon Saneum-ri Bongmisan Mountain. The forest is very lush and the valley boasts spectacular views. The list of trees includes pine, oak, and maple.Facilities include promenades and mountain trails. For lodging there is the Forest Cabin, forest Lodge, and camping grounds. Reservations can be made through the homepage.

Snoopy Garden
 
Jeju-do(Jeju-si) ,
Snoopy Garden House is where visitors can meet Snoopy and friends from the popular American comic series "Peanuts." The themed halls designed under the overall theme of "Peanuts, Nature & Life" allows one to connect their everyday life through episodes from "Peanuts." Snoopy Garden House has a total of five themed halls and Peanuts Store.

Jeungsan Beach
 
Gangwon-do(Samcheok-si) ,
A small and quiet beach, Jeungsan is close to Chotdae (Candlestick) Bawi Rock in Chuam Beach, which is famous for its breathtaking sunrises. With an average depth of 1 to 2 meters, it attracts numerous vacationers in the summer. Nearby is Suro Buin Park where visitors find the Dragon Ball structure that grants peoples’ wishes. In winter, the sea and seagulls combine to create a romantic winter scene.

Seocheon Maryang Port
 
Chungcheongnam-do(Seocheon-gun) ,
A small harbor town in Seocheon County on the west coast, Maryangpogu is the only place in Korea where visitors can see the sunrise and sunset on the same day. Sunrise here can only be seen for about 50 days around mid-December, which attracts many visitors around that time. There is a beautiful camellia forest alongside the sea, which has been designated as National Monument No. 169. There are about 80 camellia trees and some of them are 500-years old. The camellia flowers are in bloom from late-March to early-May and reach their peak around mid-April. Dongbaekjeong Pavilion in the forest offers a splendid view of the sunset. There are many attractions visitors can easily get to from Maryangpogu such as Chunjangdae Beach (춘장대 해수욕장), Hongwonhang Harbor (홍원항), Busa Embankment (부사방조제), Geumgang Estuary Bank (금강하구둑) and Hansan Mosi Town (한산모시타운). Hongwonhang Harbor (홍원항) is rich in marine products and the Geumgang Estuary Bank (금강하구둑) is a well-known place to watch winter migratory birds.
