Opened on October 30, 2002, the Chuncheon National Museum is a storehouse of the cultural heritage of Gangwon-do Province. It preserves and exhibits the archaeological and artistic treasures of the region, which range in date from the prehistoric era to modern times, and serves as a vital center for academic research and education. In 2003, the museum building was selected as the “Best Architecture of the Year.” The building is a beautiful cultural space with an elegant and modern exterior that is in perfect harmony with the surrounding mountain setting. The museum also features an auditorium with 230 seats, an outdoor performance stage, a seminar room with simultaneous interpretation facilities, rooms for hands-on programs, and a library.

The Amethyst Cavern Park is the largest man-made cave tourist attraction in Korea. It is made inside a closed amethyst mine. Connected like a labyrinth, the cave is 2.5 kilometers long and about 16,529 square meters wide. The average temperature is between 12 and 14 degrees Celsius year round. Visitors can observe amethyst stones, see exhibitions, and attend a circus performance full of thrills. Outside the cave, visitors can enjoy a snow sleigh during winter, play facilities, ceramic workshop for youths and children, and hands-on learning experiences using sweet potatoes, peanuts, corn, and herbs.

Located near Busan Station, Choryang Ibagu-gil street was formed at the top of a hill after people started building houses back in the poor period. While ascending a steep and curved road, observatory, Ibagu Archive Center, Yu Chi-hwn Post box, and places perfect for a photo zone can be seen along the road. When approaching the hill, one can see the large road, also known as the Sanbok Road. It is located in the middle of mountain and features a view embracing the downtown of Busan within a sight. The night scene is especially beautiful here, as the lights from every house twinkle and gleam as the surrounding area gets darker.

Located within Jungmun Resort, Yeomiji Botanical Garden (여미지식물원) is the best botanical garden in Asia with a unique southern atmosphere. The indoor garden contains approximately 2,000 rare tropical and subtropical plants throughout the Flower Garden, Water Lily Garden, Jungle Garden, Subtropical Fruits Garden, Cactus and Succulent Garden, and Observation Platform. The outdoor garden offers Jeju Native Garden, as well as Korean, Japanese, Italian and French folk gardens. The tour train accommodating 60 persons travels between Indoor and Outdoor Garden. The Jungmun Tourist Complex, Cheonjeyeon Falls, as well as a clear view of Mt. Hallasan, and the nearby coast and Marado Island can all be observed from the thirty-eight meter high observation platform.

Buam-dong is a neighborhood in central Seoul that was once occupied mostly by artists and writers. Mungyeongsaejae Open Set was created in 2000 for the filming of KBS drama "Taejo Wang Geon." The set became famous and was used for a variety of historical publications. In 2008, the Goryeo Dynasty set was dismantled and redesigned into a Joseon-era set. Visitors can get a glimpse of life in the past through the replica houses and various structures throughout the open set.

Located at the foot of Mt. Geumjeong (alt. 802 m), Geumgang Park stretches over a 3 million-square meter plot of land filled with lush forest and craggy cliffs and broken up by winding creeks. Regardless of the time of the year, a constant stream of people come to visit the many historical and cultural sites in the region, which once served as a base of operations for the government during the Joseon Dynasty.The area was referred to as Geumgangwon before becoming a park in June, 1973. On July 1st, 2004, the park once again made the news, as the entrance fee was abolished and the park was made free to the public.In addition to more typical sports facilities like badminton courts, the park also boasts carnival rides such as cable cars, bumper cars, and more. Visitors are also encouraged to stop by tourist sites such as the Busan Folk Tradition Arts Center, the Busan Marine Natural History Museum, and the Busan Botanical Garden.

Yeonan Pier is the starting point for all coastal passenger ships bound for the numerous islands in the western sea. The nearby Incheon Fish Market is always bustling with people who come to buy fresh fish and pickled fish at reasonable prices. Also located near the pier is the sliced raw fish market operated by the Marine Products Association. The southern quay is where the boats and ships leave for sea fishing. The ships here are also available for rent for various purposes so events like reunions and seminars can be held aboard the ship.

Gwangju Station is the representative train station of Gwangju, a cultural and industrial city located in the southwest region of the Korean peninsula. The station opened its doors in 1922 and moved to its current location in July 1969. In 2004, it was included as a stop along the KTX (Korea Train Express) high-speed rail services. From the station, trains run to and from Yongsan Station (Seoul), Mokpo Station, Daejeon Station, and Suncheon Station.Gwangju is the only metropolitan city in the southwest region of Korea and is an important node in the nation’s transportation network. The city hosts a variety of international festivals and events such as the Gwangju Biennale (an international art exhibition) and the World Kimchi Culture Festival.
