The arts center opened its doors to the public on November 6th, 2010 after two years and four months of construction, which started on April 14th, 2008. Standing on a lot measuring 27,925㎡, the five-storey building has two basement floors (equivalent to a 13-story apartment in x_height), is 21,232㎡ in area, and is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities (such as a revolving stage). Major facilities include a grand performance hall, small performance hall, exhibition chamber, outdoor performance stage, conference room, seminar room, and toy library where a wide range of educational and participatory programs are held.

Pungsuwon was the first catholic village in which over 40 faithful from Yongin (Gyeonggi-do), led by Sin Tae-bo (or St. Peter), settled to escape the wrath of Sinyubakhae (religious persecution of Catholics) of 1801. Over a period of 80 years, the settlers had led their religious lives without a priest until Father Le Merre (a French priest) came to the village in 1888. Succeeding Le Merre in 1896, Father Jeong Gyu-ha (or Augustino), along with Chinese engineers, began to build Pungsuwon Cathedral. Completed in 1907 by the faithful, the cathedral still remains a beautiful building; it is a popular spot for visitors, having frequently appeared in Korean dramas and films. It is the first cathedral built by a Korean priest as well as in Gangwon-do; it is the fourth cathedral built in Korea. Pungsuwon Cathedral was designated as Gangwon-do Local Cultural Property No.69 in 1982.

Miryang Station opened on January 1, 1905 in conjunction with the opening of Gyeongbuseon Line, one of the oldest and the most important railway lines in Korea. The current station features element of hanok (traditional Korean house) architecture, with its traditional tiled roof constructed on Dec. 28, 1982 after the old building was destroyed by fire. Located by Sanseongsan Mountain and Yongdumok Recreational Forest, Miryang Station offers a fine view. The station has two floors above ground and one below and its traditional tiled roof style goes well with the image of Miryang, a city that values loyalty and filial piety. The open expanse of the station square provides a pleasant rest place to the citizens of Miryang, as well as travelers. Miryang Station is the only station in the Gyeongsangnam-do besides Busan Station that serves as a stop for KTX express trains. As such, it serves as a key transportation hub for passengers traveling to other cities in the Gyeongnam region including Masan, Changwon, and Changnyeong.

The Gosalli Forest Trail runs along a stream in Harye 2-ri, Namwon-eup on the southern part of Jeju Island. The area was recognized by the Ministry of Environment in 2013 for their outstanding efforts in preserving and protecting the local ecology. The forest trail passes through one of Jeju's beautiful forested areas, and is perfect for peaceful leisure walks, being less known among tourists. To limit the amount of damage to the natural environment, the trails are unrefined, so guests are reminded to tread carefully.

SKY72 is the largest golf course in northeast Asia located at Incheon Airport. The size of the golf course is about 69,300 square meters including the Dream Golf Range, the 54-hole Bada Course, and the 18-hole Haneul Course; totaling 72 holes.The Bada Course is a course where you get a full view of the ocean. This lake course has a lake and a marshy area. The Haneul Course offers a rock hill course, which is beautifully decorated by natural cliffs, mountains, and valleys.Each of the courses has its own unique beauty and characteristics, so golf players may choose the environment they desire to play in. The round-shaped 300-box driving range is the world’s largest all-round practice range and was recorded in the Guinness Book of Records in May of 2006.

Nami Recreational Forest is the perfect place for leisure activities and family outings. The forest boasts a picture-perfect view of thick, green forests of broadleaf trees, crystal clear water, curiously shaped rocks, and waterfalls. From the top of the hills, you’ll be able to catch a wide-open view of the cliffs and rocks of Daedunsan Mountain.Nearby the forest are diverse cultural heritage sites such as ‘Baengnyeong Holy Ground’ (former site of a palace during the Baekje Kingdom) and ‘Yukbaek Goji Jeonseung Pagoda’ (a Korean War memorial). Imjonseong Fortress (also known as Daeheungsanseong Fortress) is located at the top of Bongsusan Mountain between Yesan-gun and Hongseong-gun in Chungcheongnam-do. This stone fortress was designed as a place to launch attacks against enemies. One of the ways in which those in the fortress fended off intruders was to unleash the water from the giant fortress well and let it gush down the mountain towards the oncoming forces. The fortress wall is about 2.5m high and 3.5m wide and has a ditch 7-8 meters that runs alongside the southern wall. Compared with other Korean fortresses, Imjonseong Fortress is higher and about 2 meters thicker. It is the largest fortress of the Baekje Kingdom and has become the subject of much research. History shows that the fortress was the central hub of the Restoration Movement of the Baekje Kingdom (18 BC - 660 AD). In the 20th year of the reign of King Uija (Baekje Dynasty), the kingdom was defeated by the united forces of the Silla Kingdom and the Tang Dynasty (currently, China). Boksin (a cousin of King Uisa), a monk, and Heukchisangji stayed at the fortress for three years while trying to return the king to power. As you walk along the winding trail, you’ll be able to see Daeryeonsa Temple and as you continue to the top, you’ll be treated to spectacular views of Oseosan, Baekwolsan, and Gayasan mountains. Those who come to the fortress from Masa-ri, Gwangsi-myeon, can drive and park their car in the parking lot located right below the fortress.

Covering a total distance of 6.1 km in about 42 minutes, this train offers elevated views of the island, Incheon Inner Harbor, and the West Sea, providing a unique perspective of the area. The ChangPoGo Memorial Hall was constructed to celebrate the achievements and maritime pioneering spirit of Jang Bogo.  The hall is an educational tourism space focusing on historical culture. The outside of the building is designed to embody a scene of moving wave and the wall was covered with natural stonework reminiscent of Cheonghaejin Castle in Jongdo Island. The wetland near the hall is home to reeds and wild flowers every season. There is also a walking path surrounded by various kinds of trees. * Opened on February 29, 2008
