Gwangmyeong Station
 
Gyeonggi-do(Gwangmyeong-si) ,
Gwangmyeong Station is a KTX train station in Iljik-dong, Gwangmyeong-si, Gyeonggi-do. It was originally built solely as a departure and arrival station for KTX but now additionally serves as a departure and arrival station for the KTX Gyeongbu Line. Gwangmyeong Station is some distance from the center of the city but the number of visitors using the station is steadily increasing as the station began to serve as a stop for trains bound to Pohang Station and trains on the Honam Express Line.

Sokch Seorak Sunrise Park

Sokch Seorak Sunrise Park stretches over 20,952㎡ with beautiful coastal vistas. This park has become well known for its incredible scenery of the sunrise from the East Sea. Especially, views of the sun rising between the pine trees are famous.Sokch Seorak Sunrise Park has long been called 'naemulchi,' which dates back to the Joseon Dynasty (1392-1910). The scholar named Song Si-yeol stopped off this area on his way to Geojedo Island for an exile and named the area 'naemulchi' as a village was sunk under water by heavy rain.Inside the park are Jamboree Memorial Tower, an outdoor theater, a tourist information center, and many great places to take a walk along the seashore. Additionally, there are around 30 pieces of sculpture lining the view the of ocean for all to enjoy.

Udo Maritime Park(Udo Island)

Situated off the eastern coast of Jeju Island, Udo Island was named because it resembles a lying cow. It boasts fertile soil, abundant schools of fish, and scenic sights; local heritages (female divers, stone walls, and stone tombs) as well as natural attractions abound on the island, making it a miniature of Jeju Island. The island is also full of amenities and tourism outlets: fishing, bike trails, sand massages, submarine tours and cruises.Seobin Baeksa (a white beach designated Natural Monument No. 438) has appeared regularly in films and TV commercials thanks to its breathtaking white sand and emerald sea. The sea around the beach showcases different colors depending on the water level. This makes Seobin Baeksa one of the most popular tourist attractions in Jeju-do, along with Hallasan Mountain. Standing on Udobong Peak (132.5m), the highest spot on the island, is a lighthouse surrounded by a spacious park. The peak offers outstanding overlooks of the island at a glance.To protect the exquisite nature and promote maritime tourism, Bukjeju County designated two ports on the island (Udo Port and Haumokdong Port) and the sea surrounding it (25,863㎢) as Udo Maritime Park in January 2001. Yongwangsan Neighborhood Park

Yongwangsan Mountain, also known as Eomjisan, is geologically located at entrance of a land referred to as “Cheonhojibeol,” located across an artificial waterfall. The mountain’s name “Yongwangsan” (meaning Dragon King Mountain) derived from an old tale of a king who dreamt of becoming killed. He then shot an arrow to an old man with spiritual powers living in a village at the foot of Eomjisan Mountain. The king stated “I knew that the old man would someday turn into a dragon and threaten my throne. Therefore I killed the dragon.” The words dragon (“yong”) and king (“wang”) were combined to form its current name, Yongwangsan Mountain.

Spa Plus

Spa Plus is located in Icheon City, Gyeonggi-do Province, which has been a famous hot springs region for over 500 years. It has been said that Spa Plus’ hot spring waters have healing components that are effective in treating eye diseases and skin troubles. Spa Plus presents a variety of jjimjilbang themed areas to enjoy along with an outdoor area where you can relax in the warm hot spring waters.First opened in December of 2002, Spa Plus is a hot springs facility located inside the Hotel Miranda, which is the largest 2nd class hotel of the Icheon area. The main spa complex is located on the 10th floor and the annex on the 3rd floor. 

Gomso Salt Field

Located in Gomso-ri, Jinseo-myeon in Buan-gun County, the Gomso Salt Field is one of the few salterns in Korea that produces Cheonilyeom solar salt. Unlike other salterns, Gomso is not located by the ocean, but is situated along Gomsoman Bay, adjacent to the sea.During the Joseon Dynasty, salt fields covered the area from Julpoman Bay to Gomsoman Bay, producing salt that was sent along with rice to Noryangjin from Geonmopo (Gujin). Aside from its long history, the salt of Gomso is also known for containing 10 times more minerals than any other salt.The coast from Chaeseokgang Cliffs to Gochang, which includes Gomso Salt Field, features one of the world’s most well-developed wetlands. With some luck, visitors can even see people at work at the saltern. When the weather is hot in the summer, work is done mostly in the early morning.

Seodong Park and Gungnamji Pond

Seodong Park (서동공원) is a sculpture park displaying 68 sculptures created by famous Korean sculptors. Mahan Hall showcases the lifestyle and culture of Mahan, a tribal confederation during the Samhan period. The park also features various facilities such as an observatory, fishing spot and a promenade.Gungnamji Pond (Historic Site No.135, 궁남지), located in Seodong Park, is Korea’s first artificial pond and was created by King Mu (from the Baekje Dynasty) who was in love with and eventually married Princess Seonhwa. ‘Gungnamji’ (literally means ‘a pond in the south of the royal palace’ in Korean) was named according to the Samguksagi record.According to a record in the Samguksagi, the History of the Three Kingdoms, King Mu dug this lake south of his palace in the 35th year of his reign (634) and connected it by a 7800-meter long waterway to the water source. The king then had willow trees planted around the bank and had an artificial mound constructed in the middle of the lake.

Hallyeosudo Viewing Ropeway
 
Gyeongsangnam-do(Tongyeong-si) ,
Located on Mireuksan Mountain, one of Korea's top 100 mountains, Hallyeosudo Viewing Ropeway is the only dual-cable automatic circulating gondola system in Korea. At 1,975 meters long, it is the longest tourist ropeway in the nation. The ropeway is made up of 47 gondolas and one freight unit. Traveling at an average of 4m/sec, it takes approximately 9 minutes to reach the summit station from the ground station. From the top of Mireuksan Mountain, one can see the historical venue for the Great Battle of Hansan below and even see as far Hallyeohaesang National Park (from Hansando Island to Yeosu), Japan's Daemado Island, Jirisan National Park's Cheonwangbong Peak, and Dolsando Island.
