Yongwangsan Mountain, also known as Eomjisan, is geologically located at entrance of a land referred to as “Cheonhojibeol,” located across an artificial waterfall. The mountain’s name “Yongwangsan” (meaning Dragon King Mountain) derived from an old tale of a king who dreamt of becoming killed. He then shot an arrow to an old man with spiritual powers living in a village at the foot of Eomjisan Mountain. The king stated “I knew that the old man would someday turn into a dragon and threaten my throne. Therefore I killed the dragon.” The words dragon (“yong”) and king (“wang”) were combined to form its current name, Yongwangsan Mountain.

Seogwipo City's Pyoseon Beach is quite a large beach, taking up more than 150,000 m². During low tide, the beach looks like an elegant circle, and it becomes a circular lake less than 1 meter deep during high tide, and displays many different colors. The beach is a great place for children to play and for watching the sunrise. The sand on the beach is formed out of broken shells, and sand baths are believed to be effective for people suffering from neuralgia. Every August, this beautiful beach hosts the Pyoseon White Sand Festival, which offers fun and colorful events. The beach is equipped with excellent amenities (a campground, abundant parking space, dressing rooms and shower rooms) and surrounded by nearby attractions, such as Seongeup Folk Village and Jeju Folk Village Museum. 

Seogwipo Pleasure Boat offers dazzling scenery on the coastal lines and islands around Seogwipo Port in Jeju. Famous for its scenery worldwide, it has been a definite tour course for international dignitaries and tourists visiting Jeju.

This granite pagoda from the late Baekje period in Buyeo-eup, Buyeo-gun, Chungcheongnam-do has been designated as National Treasures No. 9. It is generally known as the ‘Baekje 5-story Pagoda.’In the past, it would have been called ‘Pyeongjetap.’ As one of two extant Baekje pagodas, this stone pagoda itself is a precious artifact and very important in establishing the lineage of Korean stone pagoda patterns. With refined and creative features, this pagoda exemplifies the beauty and elegance that were imitated in pagodas built in later periods.

Spa Plus is located in Icheon City, Gyeonggi-do Province, which has been a famous hot springs region for over 500 years. It has been said that Spa Plus’ hot spring waters have healing components that are effective in treating eye diseases and skin troubles. The main spa complex is located on the 10th floor and the annex on the 3rd floor. 

Along with Geumsansa in Gimje-si, Seonunsa is one of the two major temples of Jeollabuk-do region. Every year, many tourists come to visit the temple to enjoy the valued cultural heritage and the beautiful natural surroundings of the temple. Seonunsa has a temple stay program where you may appreciate the Buddhist culture as well as the quality time of your own. The temple stay consists of such sub-sessions as having a conversation with a monk over a cup of tea, Barugongyang (formal monastic meal), striking a bell, 108 prostrations, Chamseon (Zen meditation), hiking to Dosolam and other programs to experience Buddhist culture while enjoying the camellia flower habitat and other genuine natural beauty of the surroundings.

Dumulmeori literally means 'two water area,' and refers to the place where Bukhangang River and Namhangang River meet. The dock for an ancient-style ferry and weeping willows add to the rustic beauty of this area. Another attraction at this site is the three 400-year-old Zelkova trees that appear as one giant tree. A privately owned place, Dumulmeori remains as a popular site for shooting Korean TV dramas, movies, commercials, wedding pictures as well as nature pictures.

Sokch Seorak Sunrise Park stretches over 20,952㎡ with beautiful coastal vistas. This park has become well known for its incredible scenery of the sunrise from the East Sea. Especially, views of the sun rising between the pine trees are famous.Sokch Seorak Sunrise Park has long been called 'naemulchi,' which dates back to the Joseon Dynasty (1392-1910). The scholar named Song Si-yeol stopped off this area on his way to Geojedo Island for an exile and named the area 'naemulchi' as a village was sunk under water by heavy rain.Inside the park are Jamboree Memorial Tower, an outdoor theater, a tourist information center, and many great places to take a walk along the seashore. Additionally, there are around 30 pieces of sculpture lining the view the of ocean for all to enjoy.

Mugaksa Temple, originally located in Yeouisan mountain, was a place where soldiers from Sangmu Military School went for peace and harmony. When Sangmu Military School relocated and part of Yeouisan Mountain became a 5.18 Memorial Park, the temple's location became part of the Park. Mugaksa Temple's location within the downtown area of Sangmu new town, Gwangju's biggest financial and administration district, puts it at a similar level as Bongeunsa Temple in Seoul as an urban Buddhism Temple. There are book café, lotus gallery, and traditional tea house "Sarangche" within the temple, breaking down the image of religion and adding more culture and arts to a place where citizens can go to meet and relax. "Treasure Island" Flee Market opens every Saturday, evolving it from European style to more Korean style market. The temple continues to receive interest as a tourist attraction and an educational place for students.

Hyundai Gallery is located in the heart of Daejeon. The City Hall, Court of Law, and Police Station etc. are some of the important establishments concentrated in the area. The Exhibit Hall on the B1 floor of Hyundai Gallery is 70 Pyeong (1 pyeong = 3.3 square meters), and is the preferred locale for talented artists exhibiting their work. Private invitation exhibitions are usually held. The exhibited works are ones that reflect modern art trends, and show the art world of progressive artists. The lighting is very impressive, and highlights the exhibited items beautifully. The simplicity of its design allows you to focus on and enjoy the artwork even more. There is a historic art gallery near the Hyundai Gallery, and the third largest lake in Korea called Daecheongho Lake.
