Pasaseong Fortress Site
 
Gyeonggi-do(Yeoju-si)
The stone walls of Pasasan Fortress stretch along the ridge of the 250-meter-high Pasasan Mountain. The fortress is strategically situated for national defense by being located at the edge of the river bank, from which you can see both upstream and downstream. It is said that the fortress was constructed during the reign of the King Pasa, the 5th ruler of the Silla Kingdom. The walls stretch over 1,800 meters in length. At its highest point, the wall is 6.25 meters tall, and 1.4 meters tall at its lowest point.

Yeosu Airport
 
Jeollanam-do(Yeosu-si) ,
Yeosu Airport is the gateway to Yeosu city and the eastern part of Jeollanam-do Province. The airport opened in 1972 when Korean Air (KAL) launched a new air route between Seoul and Yeosu, and the route between Yeosu and Jeju was added in 1977. The travel time for the Seoul-Yeosu route is 1 hour and the Jeju-Yeosu route takes 45 minutes. The airport renovated its runway in 2004 and opened a new passenger building in 2005. As Yeosu is the host city of the 2012 World Expo, the city has plans to continue expanding facilities to provide the most convenient service.  

Jeonuihyanggyo Confucian School
 
Chungcheongnam-do() ,
Jeonui Hyanggyo Confucian School is thought to have been built in 1413 during the 13th year of King Taejong’s reign. The School features a simple spatial arrangement with only Myeongnyundang and Daeseongjeon Study Halls, each with three gates in the front. Outside the western wall of Myeongnyundang Hall is Sujiksa Temple. Several books - Jaeimnok (24cm×34cm), Seonan ( 28cm×43cm), several texts on rituals, and Eojeyuneum (22cm×35cm, 1782-1783), which was published in 1782 (6th year of King Jeongjo’s reign) and 1783, have been found at Jeonui Hyanggyo.

Maryang Port

Maryang Port, situated on the southwestern coast of Korea, is a well-known place to catch a view of the sunrise. The port has long been an important haven for fishing boats sailing in the west sea. The dried laver (seaweed) produced in this area is known to be among the best of its kind and was served to the kings during the Joseon Dynasty. It is now one of the main means of livelihood for the fishing village. Maryang Port is also famous for its Gizzard Shad Festival which takes place in autumn.

Cheongsan Jiri Beach
 
Jeollanam-do(Wando-gun) ,
Cheongsan Jiri Beach offers a beautiful view of the sunset and is regarded as one of the best beaches on Cheongsando Island. With its clean, shallow waters and fine white sand, it is a great vacation spot for families. The beach stretches for 1km, is 100m in length, and is bordered by some 500 ancient pine trees that provide natural shade from the sun. The waters of Cheonsando Island teem with fish, earning the island its reputation as one of Korea’s major sea fishing sites.

Yeonpo Beach
 
Chungcheongnam-do(Taean-gun) ,
Located on the Taean Coast, Yeonpo Beach has been a desired vacation spot since 1972. The long stretch of curved sandy beach provides magnificent scenery. It is famous as the beach with the longest period of seasonal operation in the country thanks to its relatively high water temperature resulting from the warm currents. The pine groves and oddly shaped rocks along the coastline make for a fine view.

GS Caltex Yeosu Complex

GS Caltex Yeosu Complex allows visitors an opportunity to learn about how to refine petrolem and how to make a final product of it at the production site. Visitors can explore the real manufacturing facility while visiting the GS Caltex Yeosu Plant which is a world class crude oil refining facility.

Yukdam Falls
 
Gangwon-do(Sokcho-si) ,
If you begin at Seorak-dong in Oeseorak, cross the Biryong Bridge and pass by the Biryong Falls, you will reach Yukdam Falls (육담폭포), which actually consist of six waterfalls and a pond. Despite the fact that only a small amount of water actually flows in these waterfalls today, what is interesting, is how they came into existence: a slow-flowing stream of water eroded the rocks, creating dips and puddles at various levels, which later became a series of cascading waterfalls. The splendid scenery around the waterfalls is always a pleasing sight to the eyes of visitors.  

Samgnangjin Station
 
Gyeongsangnam-do(Miryang-si) ,
Located in Miryang of Gyeongsangnam-do, Samnangjin (Sam means three, Nang means flowing waters) received its name as Miryang River and Nakdonggang River meets nearby to form a confluence. The station was rebuilt in 1999 to take its current form and is responsible of ticketing, carrying passengers and cargo, etc.
