ACC Performance is a platform for contemporary performing arts in Asia. Serving as a platform for the creation and distribution of performing arts projects focusing on Asia, ACC Performance seeks to establish itself as an international hub bridging Korea, Asia, and the rest of the world. It offers original performance programs that usher in the future of performing arts across multiple genres, special performance programs that provide cultural and art experiences for people of all ages, and invitational performance programs that expand cultural opportunities for citizens by featuring the most memorable and noteworthy performances.   Original Programs   The ACC creates new performance programs that defy genres. Theater 1 at ACC Theater is Korea’s largest variable “black box” theater. The theater is built for new types of performance that transcend the confines of conventional theaters, space and genres. The ACC seeks out content tailored to Theater 1 that fully utilizes its variable structure and stage system, with a view to building its own repertoires.       ACC Original Programs   Asia Culture Center Original Programs   ACC Theater develops and distributes various forms of performance programs based on Asia’s cultural resources. From the children’s theater production, The Giggling Tree in 2015, ACC Theater developed and distributed another children’s theater production The Little Musician in 2016, the English musical Treasure Hunters in 2017, the film voice acting show Free Wedding, and the animation music theater Sugungga in 2018.     Co-Produced Programs Asia Culture Center Co-Produced Programs Collaborating with curators in Korea and other Asian countries, the ACC discusses cultural and social issues from different cultures and co-produces artistic representations of them. The ACC also pursues co-production projects with art organizations in Gwangju and Jeollanam-do, Korea, to build foundations for local art communities. Located on the outskirts of Mt. Bugak, this park was the first officially-designated park in Korea (1940). The name Samcheong (literally "three blue") refers to the three highest ideals in Taoism that men can attain. Surrounded by cherry blossoms planted long ago, the park becomes crowded with tourists every April when the trees are in full bloom. The park offers many amenities: badminton and tennis courts, a playground, a snack bar, and a multi-purpose rest area.Major hiking trails winding through Samcheong Park connect the park to the Mt Bugak Seoul Fortress Wall Hiking Trail, a mineral spring spot in Seongbuk-dong, and Waryong. While hiking, visitors can encounter Malbawi, an excellent spot chosen by City of Seoul where they can overlook Seoul at a glance. Malbawi Historic Site Visit Program, run by Jongno-go Office (Seoul), provides children and adults with the opportunity to learn about natural ecology in Samcheong Park and the history of Seoul Fortress Wall from designated guides. Through well-developed roads around Samcheong-dong, visitors can easily move from Samcheong-dong to Seongbuk-dong. Currently, Samcheong Tunnel near the park connects the two localities.

Shilla Millennium Park is a theme park integrating both education and entertainment about the history and culture of the Silla Period.Focusing on the Silla Period (57 BC - AD 935), the park reproduces Silla architecture and a village of aristocrats, tells children fun stories about the period, and offers symbolic architecture such as Emile Tower and Seokbinggo. Visitors are also invited to participate in things such as the Craft Clinic.Visitors can enjoy an outdoor set in which the famous Korean drama "Queen Seondeok (2009)" was filmed. In addition, the park houses Ragung, the first hanok (traditional Korean house) hotel in Korea. It became famous when it appeared as Yoon Ji-hoo’s home in the Korean drama , “Boys over Flowers (2009).” The hotel is divided into Suite Hanok and Royal Suite Hanok. Tezroc Cruise is a cruise package that offers various routes to attractions in Busan such as Oryukdo (Island), Taejongdae, and Busan Port. Called Nurimaru, the cruise was made as the Holland-style cruise during the 19th century. The name, Nurimaru refers to the "Top of the World." Consisting of three decks, the cruise offers party rooms, karaoke rooms, restaurants, open-deck benches, an outdoor performance stage and audience seats. Tezroc Cruise departs at Coastal Ferry Terminal near Jungang-dong Station. Check information on routes and departure schedules at least a week before intended visit.

The Ahn Jung-geun Memorial Hall located in central Seoul showcases a collection of materials, personal belongings, and relics related to the independent movement activist Ahn Jung-geun’s. It also carries out memorial events to honor and remember the patriot. The two-story building that also has two underground floors consists of a memorial room, exhibition room, multimedia room and an auditorium. The memorial hall is open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and visitors are allowed entrance up to one hour before closing.

Haesindang Park is home to the the nation’s largest aquarium museum, which exhibits folk materials that shows the lifestyle of fishermen of the East Sea, an arboretum and a park that displays some sexual art sculptures. In addition, there is an interesting bronze statue that tells about a legend of a nearby village.* Legend of Aebawi and HaesindangThere once lived a young maid who was engaged. One day, the maid took her husband’s boat out to sea to harvest seaweed. Her husband dropped her off at a site that was at a distance from the beach. After promising to pick her up later, he returned to the beach to do his work. However, the weather turned bad as strong winds and pummeing waves begun. The husband failed to rescue his wife on time and she ultimately drowned. Since then, the villagers were unable to catch any fishes and some claimed that it wasbecause of the dead maid. To soothe the spirit of the dead maid, the villagers made several wooden carvings and held religious ceremonies. Later, fishes were gradually seen appearing and the villagers were able to fish and live comfortably again. Therefore, the place where the maid died was named Aebawi Rock and the building where the religious ceremony is held twice a year was named Haesindang. The ceremony is still honored today as a traditional folk event.

Jungmyeongjeon Hall is located near the Chongdong Theater. It is easy to locate by simply walking along the stonewall of Deoksugung Palace. The three-story western-style building, designed by the Russian architect Seredin Sabatin, was used as the imperial library between 1897 and 1901. It was initially known as Suokheon.After Deoksugung Palace caught on fire, Jungmyeongjeon Hall became the main office of Emperior Gojong for discussing national affairs greeting foreign dignitaries. It also witnessed the tragic part of history in which the infamous Eulsa Treaty (Japan-Korea Protectorate Treaty) was signed.Jungmyeongjeon Hall used to be within Deoksugung Palace, but it was separated from the palace when a stone wall was built between the two. It exhibits one of the modern architectural styles in Korea, but, unfortunately, has lost most of its original structure except for its exterior because in a fire in 1925. After Liberation from Japan on August 15, 1945, Jungmyeongjeon Hall was used for many different things. In September, 2006, the ownership of Jungmyeongjeon Hall changed to the Cultural Heritage Administration and was classified as part of Deoksugung Palace as part of Historic Site No.124 in February 2007. 

The Simsan Cultural Center was established to commemorate the Confucianism and patriotic spirit of Simsan Kim Chang-Suk. It is a place that provides educational programs that develop life skills and nurture the artistic sensitivities of program participants, while adding to the overall quality of life of the area’s residents.

Gyeongju World Culture Expo is a valuable cultural exposition which has attracted over 16.2 million visitors so far through eight runs since 1998. In particular, previous expos introduced: the harmony of traditional culture and ICT (Information and Communications Technology), Korean culture and global culture, abundant hallyu contents, and is the first cultural expo to showcase the theme of the Silk Road. The expo is expected to welcome visitors with various exhibitions, performances, and hands-on programs.
