Seongup Folk Village, the heart of Jeju Island's folk customs, hosts cultural art festival every October at Nammun Plaza. Not only does this festival promote to build a strong community and develop tourism, it also aims to preserve the traditional culture and customs as well as to provide entertainment to visiting tourists.
