Hanok Maeul Hwangto Pension is located on the side of the Namhangang River of Yangpyeong, Gyeonggi Province. It is a beautiful two-story hanok, located in idyllic countryside, with a wide grass lawn perfect for families with children or group visitors. The grass lawn is furnished with traditional sights like a vine-colored pavilion, well, old-fashioned treadmill, neolttwigi jumping boards, and traditional mortar, creating a rustic atmosphere that doubles as a site of learning for children. A wooden footbridge connects the second floor of the building, with a great view of the fields nearby. There are five rooms in total, the Korean-style Family Room, Sarang, and bedrooms of Gwibin, Sinhon, and the Sudabang annex. Each room is furnished in the traditional red clay wall and Korean traditional paper interior as a continuation of the theme of hanok. The Family Room is equipped with a wide living room with a fabric sofa and wooden furniture, dining table, and a kitchen with cooking utensils, making it ideal for group visitors. Sudabang room in the annex is a great place for lovers and families, and its crowning feature is the clay fireplace in the living room. Roasted potatoes and sweet potatoes from the fireplace are delectable parts of the room’s appeal. Firewood must be bought from the pension. The pension is also equipped with red clay sauna, fired with Korean charcoal. It is offered free of charge for the guests. Outdoor barbeque and campfire sites may be reserved with extra cost.

Saudang is the old house enshrining Kim Yong-Cho, the founding contributor of the Joseon Dynasty, and composed of 7 Korean style houses positioned on the hill in tiers. Entering the gate, you will be able to see various kinds of flowers and trees growing in a wide grass garden. There is a small vegetable garden on one side of the yard. Behind the vegetable garden is the platform for small and large pots containing sauces and condiments. The rooms are composed of 4 independent Korean style houses: Saudang, Joseondang, Etiquette Room, and Experience Room. The owner of the house provides free lessons on traditional culture and etiquette in the training center. Visitors can learn or experience traditional Korean etiquette, tea ceremony, the culture of classical scholars, and the traditional ceremonies in ordinary homes. Equipment for traditional plays such as Neolttwigi, Yutnori, Tuho, Jige (Korean A0frame), small gong, etc. are prepared free of charge. All visitors can taste complimentary traditional teas while listening to Gayageum music played by the wife of the eldest grandson of the head family. If you want a rest of body and mind, inquire about the meditation class prepared by the owners of the house. You can also enjoy comfortable walking and trekking in the Dullegil path, which has been constructed recently along the village trail and the lotus flower complex.

Hostel Familie occupies two floors of a four-story building located in Choryang-dong, Dong-gu, Busan, which is less than two minutes away from Busan Station and 10 minutes away from Busan Port International Passenger Terminal, both on foot. It has six rooms with a bed, four dormitory-style rooms with beds, and one dormitory-style 'ondol (floor-heated)' room for those who prefer to sleep on the heated floor. Each of the guestrooms has a kitchen for guests who wish to cook, but guests staying in a dormitory can use the shared kitchen. All the guestrooms have a bathroom with shower. The hostel has computers in the lounge for the guests’ use.

Coogee Holiday is a newly built private pool villa pension located between mandarin fields near Cape Seopjikoji, Seongsan-eup, Seogwipo-si, Jeju-do. The pension provides the entire facilities including five guest rooms and an outdoor swimming pool to one team at a time. You can enjoy true privacy here. There are five types of guest rooms in Coogee Holiday. Coogee A Type uses the entire two-story building of Coogee Holiday (250 m2). There is an ondol room and a bathroom on the first floor. On the second floor, there is a bedroom with two queen beds, and two bedrooms with a queen bed and a super single bed each, a living room, and three bathrooms. The basic rate is for eight people, but can accommodate up to 14 guests. Coogee B Type is using the entire second floor of the building. The basic rate is for six guests, but up to seven people can stay. Coogee C Type and Coogee D Type are using a part of the second floor. Coogee E Type is using the entire space on the first floor. A different number of guests can stay depending on the space you book. Inside the guest rooms, there is a shelf full of comic books, PlayStation, a VR console, a washing machine, and a fully-equipped kitchen. The pension also has a variety of facilities that guests can use. Breakfast is served in a cafe-style 80-square-meter space. There is an outdoor swimming pool with supplies such as children’s life vests, water guns, ands swimming tubes. A mini heated pool for young children is also available with an additional fee. A barbecue area and karaoke machines are also available. In the morning, the pension serves breakfast such as seaweed soup, dried pollack soup, toast and salad (the menu changes everyday). You can also participate in a mandarin picking program in the farm owned by the pension, or go fishing on a boat that belongs to the pension. Tourist spots near the pension include Seongsan Ilchulbong Tuff Cone, Honinji Pond, Ilchulland, Cape Seopjikoji, Seongeup Historic Village, and Pyoseon Beach.
