From Seoul Express Bus Terminal or Dongseoul Bus Terminal, take a bus to Sokcho Express Bus Terminal.
- Take bus 7 or 9 from the bus stop about 130 m west of Sokcho Express Bus Terminal.
- Get off at the entrance of Yeonggeumjeong (영금정 입구).
- Walk east toward the coast about 500 m. It is located next to the observation lighthouse.
