Gyeonggi-do(Gapyeong-gun) , Namyangju

The Daesungri Masou Festival takes place around Guuncheon Stream. The festival aims to promote Daeseong-ri, the first geteway to Gapyeong-gun, through organizing a wide variety of fun activities.The part of Guuncheon Steam where the festival is being held is located next to Bukhanggang River. The venue is just three minutes away from Daeseongri Station. Seoul(Jongno-gu) , Insadong・Jongnon

Located at the entry of Samcheong Park, Doban is a Korean restaurant that features dishes using seasonal ingredients. Doban means "partner" in Buddhism. The restaurant is in a remodeled house and has a large signboard outside, making it easy to find. The main draw of Doban lies in the fact that the restaurant uses only fresh, seasonal ingredients often not available to city residents. The most popular thing on the menu is the course meal called “banjeongsik,” which comes with five main dishes and nine side dishes. The array of simple, light food (such as salad, japchae, bossam, and jeon) is a delightful mix of flavors whose seasonal ingredients (such as ferns and lettuce) make each bite a palate-pleasing sensation. Banjeongsik is part of the lunch menu and is only available until 3 p.m. Other course items are ilpum, epum, and sampum. Doban is a great spot for family gatherings and business meetings.      


Jeollanam-do(Yeosu-si)

Nestled in the East coast of Dolsando Island (돌산도), the tranquil waters on this resort have mild waves that lap up on the shiny golden sand along the beach. Nearby there is a thick pine grove where some of the trees are 200 years old. This area is blessed with plenty of fresh inland water despite it being on the coast. The myriad of rocks near the sea are great for fishing. The beach is a popular spot to watch the sunrise. It is also situated on the way to Hyangiram Hermitage, one of Korea’s four hermitages where Buddhist followers come to pray.


Jeollanam-do(Wando-gun)

Sinheungni Beach is on the far side of Cheongsanhang Harbor on Cheongsando Island. The gently sloping beach stretches for a distance of 2km (during low tide) and has a large mudflat filled with clams. Sinheungni Beach is a popular summer vacation spot for families who come for camping and auto camping. The forest of ancient pine trees at the edge of the beach not only serves as a windbreak, but also provides visitors with a cool shelter from the summer heat.


Jeollanam-do(Yeosu-si)

Yeosu Airport is the gateway to Yeosu city and the eastern part of Jeollanam-do Province. The airport opened in 1972 when Korean Air (KAL) launched a new air route between Seoul and Yeosu, and the route between Yeosu and Jeju was added in 1977. The travel time for the Seoul-Yeosu route is 1 hour and the Jeju-Yeosu route takes 45 minutes. The airport renovated its runway in 2004 and opened a new passenger building in 2005. As Yeosu is the host city of the 2012 World Expo, the city has plans to continue expanding facilities to provide the most convenient service.  


Seoul(Jung-gu)

Opened in 1979, Urijip has operated for 30 years at the same location and has a spacious area which can accommodate up to 100 people in the basement. The restaurant is popular among Japanese tourists.


Gangwon-do(Gangneung-si)

It is a place where you can enjoy fresh sashimi. The best menu at this restaurant is assorted sliced raw fish. This Korean dishes restaurant is located in Gangneung-si, Gangwon-do.


Jeollabuk-do(Gunsan-si)

Dongguksa Temple was built by Japanese monk Seoneungbulgwan in 1909. The temple was run by Japanese monks for 36 years during the Japanese occupation, reverting to Korean jurisdiction when Korea was liberated in 1945. The historical temple is the only surviving Japanese-style temple in the nation. The temple is characterized by its two main buildings, Daeungjeon Hall and Yosachae, which are connected by a corridor, and the temple’s relative lack of decoration, which stands as a sharp contrast to the brilliantly-colored Korean temples. Dongguksa Temple was officially designated Cultural Asset No. 64 in July 2003 and is now a branch temple of Seonunsa Temple in Gochang, the 24th district of the Korean Buddhist Jogye Order.
