Located in Jaeam Folk Village (Hallim Park), the restaurant is spacious and is well known for its traditional local dishes such as charcoal-grilled Jeju pork, seafood and mung bean pancake, nutritious sea urchin soup, and jopssalju (Jeju-style wine made of millet and yeast). It also serves cold herb naengmyeon in the summer and pheasant buckwheat kalguksu (knife-cut noodles) and a local dish called pheasant bingtteok in winter.

Wansanchilbong Peak

Wansanchilbong Peak is located on the southern outskirts of downtown Jeonju. There is a pavilion located at the top where people can look out over the surrounding area. The entire mountain, designated as Wansan Park, is protected by Jeonju city hall. Bogyeongsa Temple (보경사) in Pohang, Gyeongsangbuk-go rests, enveloped by pine forests, with Mt. Jungnamsan to its rear, surrounded by the peaks of Mt. Naeyeonsan. This temple grounds boast 12 beautiful waterfalls flowing from Mt. Naeyeonsan and a picturesque landscape. The temple was built in 602 during the Silla period and also has 4 smaller temples on the grounds.

Jusangjeolli Cliff of Mudeungsan Mountain (무등산 주상절리대)

The Jueangjeolli cliffs are rock pillars of various hexagonal shapes that seem as if they were hand carved. The Jusangjeolli cliffs of Mudeungsan Mountain consist of Seoseokdae, Ipseokdae, and Gyubong Rocks formed about 70 million years ago. Ipseokdae and Gyubong Rocks are both of a distinct pillar shape as they have been heavily weathered, and Seoseokdae, which was less weathered, looks like a folding screen. The Neodeolgeong (cluster of rocks), which sit on the mountain slope, were made when stone pillars collapsed. The standing rocks and Neodolgeong have been designated as Natural Monuments due to their rarity and uniqueness.

Altteureu Airfield & Japanese Occupation-Era Hangars

The airfield was built by the Japanese army in order to defend their mainland during the period of Japanese colonization. Visitors can explore the airfield, the control tower, an anti-aircraft emplacement, and a hangar at the site. There are relics of Japanese army war and tragic relics of Korean modern history at 4.3 Historic Site and Jinji Cave in the vicinity to Songaksan Mountain and close to the airfield.
