The Trick Art Museum KOREA is the first museum in Korea to show optical illusion art, and is located in Seogwipo City nearby the Seongeup Folk Village. Exhibitions on walls and floors are done in such a way as to appear in three dimensions. Exhibitions consist of seven themed sections: Parody Zone (showing famous paintings and sculptures), Animal Zone, Jurassic Zone, Aquarium Zone, Egypt Zone, Magic Zone, and Illusion Zone.Optical illusion art renders two dimensional paintings in three dimensions by the use of a unique painting style employing shadows and extending paintings out of their frames. Each work looks differently when seen from different angles or spots. Its magic magnifies when seen from a camera lens. Visitors can take pictures with various fun poses blending nicely with exhibitions. Cameras as well as video equipment are permitted in the museum.

Gangwon-do(Sokcho-si)

Seoraksan National Park Visitor Center provides comprehensive information on the national park for visitors, and serves as a cultural center. Construction started on the center in December 2005, and it opened to the public on March 24, 2006.Themed exhibits are presented throughout the building to promote environmental awareness about the park’s special ecology. Films, a digital guest book corner, and games provide information about the park’s history and natural beauty. The Seoraksan Visitor Center is a good place to start exploring this beautiful wilderness.

The dishes are tasty and healthy because the table d’hote of the season is cooked with carefully chosen seasonal ingredients. Table d’hote with blue crabs marinated in soy sauce and table d’hote of steamed beef ribs are famous for their consistant taste. Gangwon-do(Gangneung-si)

Seongyojang is the former upper class residence of the Naebeon Lee (1703-1781) noble family of Gangneung-si, Gangwon-do Province. It was designated Important Folklore Material No. 5 in 1967. The meaning of "Seon", in Seongyojang, is boat. Gyeongpo Lake was directly in front of Seongyojang at the time it was built, thus making is accessible by boat. Gyeongpo Lake at one time reached the enormous circumference of 12km. Its size has reduced by 4km over the years and its depth has decreased by 1-2 meters.It is said that 10 generations of descendents of Naebeon Lee have continued to live at Seongyojang. KBS (Korean Broadcasting System) has selected this residency as one of the top 10 most well preserved original dwellings in Korea that was constructed over the past 300 years.Yeolhwadang is considered the most important structure on the property, as the male owner of the property resided in this building. This structure was given the name "Yeolhwadang" in order to promote happiness and joy among the relatives living there. Presently one can see a terrace that was added on courtesy of Russia.Another important structure here is the picturesque Hwallaejeong. This structure was built in 1816 and is located just inside the main entrance. The lotus flower filled pond just in front of this building makes for a setting just as one might see in a traditional Korean painting.

Gyeongsangbuk-do(Andong-si)

The Andong region has many renowned historical and cultural sites, such as Hahoe Village. However, the major cultural attraction of the region is the Andong Mask Dance Festival.Visitors to the festival can enjoy the many performances of Korea’s traditional mask dances. These dances are an important part of Korea’s heritage, in particular the byeolsingut talnori dance, which has been designated an Important Intangible Cultural Asset of Korea. International mask dance troupes have also been invited to the festival, so visitors are exposed to folk culture from around the world.As well as performances, events in the festival program also include mask dance competitions and mask dance lessons, which are available for international visitors.


Jeju-do(Jeju-si) , Former Jeju

Situated to the east of Jeju Port, Sarabong is a main Oreum (Jeju dialect for “a small volcanic mountain”) that separates Jeju City from the sea. From the top of Sarabong, visitors can see the ocean to the north and magnificent Hallasan Mountain to the south. Time your hike to reach the top in the late afternoon to catch the reddish glow of the sunset glittering off the ocean.Resembling a horseshoe and adorned with lush nut pine trees, Sarabong is a parasitic volcano with numerous scoria (macrovesicular volcanic rocks). Nearby Sarabong Park has numerous fitness facilities and is a favorite among visitors who enjoy taking walks. At the peak of Sarabong is Mangyangjeong Pavilion. Designated as Jeju Monument No.23, Bongsudae (a fire signal site that was once used to send warnings to other areas) is located in the north of Sarabong and has been preserved in its original form; to the north of Bongsudae is Sarasa Temple (aka Taegojong) overlooking the sea. The manned lighthouse Sanji, the first of its kind on Jeju Island, sits on the cliff near Sarasa Temple. 


Busan(Haeundae-gu) , Haeundae

Migliore Busan offers a large selection of clothes and fashion accessories, but there are plenty of other facilities available that will keep you busy, such as a movie theater, food court, video arcade, music store, and bookstore. Migliore Busan is located in Seomyeon, an area known as the heart of Busan in terms of transportation, distribution, population, and entertainment facilities. The Seomyeon subway station is also the transfer station for lines no.1 and no.2. The station is surrounded by an underground shopping mall where you can shop for clothes, accessories, and cosmetics, while restaurants, theaters, and stationery stores are clustered around the Daehwa Department Store nearby. There are also many restaurants and stores for Japanese tourists located around the Lotte Department Store, which stands on the west side of the subway station. The wholesale clothing market sits on the south side of the station, along with the CGV Theater and an enormous outlet mart. Lastly, the Migliore Fashion Mall is conveniently connected to the Seomyeon subway station.
