Daejeon Jungang Market is a large comprehensive market consisting of many smaller markets including the Jungang Comprehensive Market, Jungang Arcade Market, Jayu Wholesale Market, New Jungang Market, and Jungang Wholesale Market. Daejeon Jungang Market is located in downtown Dong-gu and is one of the most famous traditional markets in the city. The market has many different sections (dried seafood street, hardware street, fish street, herbal medicine street, hanbok street, delicacy street, etc.) which stretch all the way from Daejeon Station to the banks of the Daejeoncheon Stream.

Jeju Love Land is a theme sculpture park based on sensuality and eroticism. Twenty artists, mainly graduates of top art school Hongik University, helped open it in November 2004. It was the first such museum in Korea at that time. The spacious park (39,667m²) is home to over 140 sculptures (40 within the gallery and 100 outside). The park as a whole looks like a piece of land art. Jeju Love Land is open every day. It usually takes 30-40 minutes to look around the park. Jeju Love Land houses a glass-dome restaurant, an outdoor café, an art shop, and various works which visitors can touch. Seoul(Songpa-gu)

Located in Bangi-dong in Seoul, the restaurant was featured on Lee Hyeong-don PD's Food X-File running on cable TV program Channel A. Introduced as Good Restaurant No. 38, the place makes Ganjang gejang (Blue crabs pickled in soy sauce) with home-made Joseon ganjang, instead of ready-made market sauces that are often used by many restaurants. The sauce is surprisingly not salty but has a clean and somewhat sweet flavor. The restaurant is favored by many Koreans as well as foreign visitors because their food is served in beautiful brassware produced by the highest credible artisans in the nation. With its tasty and healthy menu sets offered all year round, the place is often crowded with groups of families and other large bunches. Starting from groups of four people to 30 people max., the place can accomodate 150 dinners at the same time on its 2 above-ground floors. Reservations are recommended.


Seoul(Jung-gu) , Myeongdong

Gogung (Myeong-dong Branch) opened in July, 1999, preserves the genuine taste of its main branch in Jeonju, as well as providing a suitable taste and ambience for foreign visitors since it is located in Myeong-dong, one of the most famous tourist attractions in the country. Compare that to the average of 50~60 people per washroom for other places and you can see the clear difference. You can see the care put into the center when you enter the theater as well. The front and back seats are wide apart and placed diagonally from each other. The back seats are also placed higher than the front ones so one’s view is not blocked by people sitting in front. If you have valuables or large bags, do not worry. The article deposit can take care of items for 500 people.
