Chungcheongnam-do()

Jeonui Station began operation in January 1905 and the structure was remodeled in 2005 for the first time since April 1941. The name of "Jeonui" refers to the township of Jeonui-myeon where the station began operation.


Gyeongsangbuk-do(Sangju-si)

The Jeong Jae-su Memorial for Filial Piety was constructed to honor the bravery of Jeong Jae-su who died at the age of 10 trying to rescue his father. It was opened on June 12, 2001 at the former Sasan Elementary School where Jeong was a student. In the Jeong Jae-su Exhibition Room on the first floor, materials relating to Jeong’s filial piety are on display. In the Filial Piety Exhibition Room on the second floor, various materials on general filial piety and works created by students are on display. The theater shows movies on filial piety, including one about Jeong’s virtuous deeds. The theater is also used for seminars and conferences on filial piety. There is also an outdoor performance stage, a facility for traditional folk games, and a rest area.

Muan Tidal Wetland Research in Muan, Jeollanam-do was established in an effort to raise awareness of the ecology and importance of natural wetlands. It is the nation’s largest educational center for natural ecology. The center consists of a three-story indoor exhibition hall as well as a wetland ecology park spanning 48,100㎡. Inside the exhibition hall is a multi-purpose theater that plays 3D educational videos. A tour of diverse facilities including the wetland eco-center and the tidal wetland exploration center is also available inside the hall. Outside the exhibition hall is a wetland ecology park and experience zone, where visitors may observe various ocean creatures and salt water plants.


Gyeongsangbuk-do(Gimcheon-si)

Among them, the Garam, Gayeon, and Nuri Rooms are offered at 50,000 won for 2 persons during off-season so that visitors can enjoy staying in a traditional Korean house at more affordable prices. All rooms are equipped with a bathroom for better convenience and there is an individual thermostat all year round. Complimentary breakfast made of healthy convenience food is offered to all guests. The menu is composed of barley bread, fruit, coffee, juice, boiled egg, and biscuit, and is subject to change according to situation. What is good is that the breakfast can be delivered to the room if the delivery time is requested during breakfast time, which is from 8 to 9 AM. It is possible to look around the tourist attractions near Nadeul Hanok on foot.
