※ Tickets must be redeemed within the designated operating hours (16:00–19:00). Failure to redeem your ticket within this time will be treated as a no-show, and the reservation will be automatically cancelled without refund.

• Seats are assigned randomly on the day of the event; advance seat selection or location requests cannot be accommodated.

• Food and beverages (except bottled water) are prohibited inside the venue.
• Photography or video recording using long-lens or professional equipment is strictly prohibited. Bag inspections may occur.
• Lost or stolen tickets cannot be reissued. Neither Trippose.com nor the organizer is responsible for such incidents.
• Reservations made by minors are considered to have been made with parental permission.
• Once the reservation is confirmed, changes to the participant’s name or substitution with another attendee are strictly not permitted. Please ensure all information is entered accurately at the time of booking.
