Seoul(Songpa-gu)

Nestled in the Seoul Olympic Park, Seoul Olympic Parktel was built to commemorate the successful hosting of the 1998 Seoul Olympics. It is also the biggest youth hostel with 238 rooms, a reception hall and conference rooms of different capacities that can accommodate up to 1,000 people. Seoul Olympic Parktel is a popular school excursion site where visitors can immerse in the history and culture of the Olympic Games at the Olympic Park, Olympic Museum, Olympic Museum of Art, Olympic Sculpture Park and the gymnasiums. The hostel has also held numerous training programs for domestic as well as foreign youths.


Seoul(Gwanak-gu)

The Seoul Museum of Art (SeMA) Nam Seoul annex opened at the old Belgium consulate building on September 2, 2004. The old Belgium consulate building (Historic Site No. 254) was constructed in 1905 and restored in 1983. The building’s classical ionic columns and fireplaces have been kept intact, allowing the museum to serve as a tool for studying classic architecture of the 1900s as well as modern art. The blue-gabled building (measuring 1,569.58㎡) houses classrooms (B1) and exhibition halls and offices (1F-2F). Outside is a sculpture park. The Seoul Museum of Art has two annexes; the Gyeonghuigung annex and the Nam Seoul annex, which is used mainly for planned exhibitions and art education for children.

Bohemian's Vintage began as an online shop specializing in vintage clothing in 2005, opened an offline shop around Hongik University in 2007, and expanded the shop in 2010. Bohemian's Vintage offers vintage clothing items that reflect popular trends in the past. Most of the items come from America; some items originate from European countries.

Opened in 1979, Urijip has operated for 30 years at the same location and has a spacious area which can accommodate up to 100 people in the basement. The restaurant is popular among Japanese tourists.


Seoul(Gangnam-gu)

Garosugil Homestay, located in Sinsa-dong, Gangnam-gu, is a domestic-style guest house. The owner, who worked as a Japanese interpreter for 37 years, established the guest house after his/her daughter’s marriage, offering guests the highest level of comfort and an excellent standard of communication in Japanese. It has a communal kitchen equipped with various cooking utensils including a variety of plates and bowls that are suitable for different dishes. All the bedding is cotton. As used bedding will be washed and ironed perfectly, the guest house only accepts guests for a minimum of two nights. Garosu-gil Road, which is a hotspot among young people in Seoul, is only three minutes’ walk away from the guest house. In addition, it offers easy access to public transportation as it is only five minutes from the nearest bus stop and seven minutes from the nearest subway station by foot. Room B, which is slightly larger than Room A, has an extended terrace.
