Techno Mart is packed with an estimated 2,000 special electronics and appliance stores from 2F to 8F. It is a large shopping mall that connects to other shopping and discount stores. Techno Mart has a variety of high-tech electronics stores selling computers, audio equipment, data communication equipment, and offers a 10-20 % discounted price and warranties on a wide range of items.Floor B1 houses a major bookstore and discount store selling department store-quality clothing, general goods, living goods, and food. CGV Gangbyeon is a multiplex theater on the 11th floor and has 11 theaters with around 2,000 seats and a game arcade.Visitors can take part in shopping and culture activities. Techno Mart is also easily accessible by public transportation due to its close proximity to Dong Seoul Bus Terminal. A guide at the basement entrance also offers language services.

The Lotte Department Store Cheongnyangni Branch has been providing a shopping culture since it was first established in 1994 at the Seoul Subway Line 1 Cheongnyangni Station, and has been participating in the redevelopment of the Cheongnyangni area ever since.Store hours of operation are from 10:30am to 8:00pm. Stores are closed for one Monday of the month. The department store stays open longer on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

Opened in 2004, Baekam Art Hall has 420 seats. Featuring an adaptable stage, it can host various types of performances, including plays, musicals, concerts and dances. Since it is located in Samseong-dong, an area frequented by young people, many performances targeting those in their 20s and 30s are staged there. In addition to the performance hall, it has a luxurious gallery cafeteria decorated in wood.

The Korea House was opened in 1981. It is a traditional Korean building that introduces the culture and lifestyle of Koreans, where you can experience traditional architecture and a classical atmosphere. The building was built in the style of the Joseon Dynasty's Jagyeong-jeon building at the Gyeongbok Palace. It is the only building built in the traditional architectural style. You will feel its antiquity as you enter the building. It is divided into the Haerin-gwan (a space for people to get acquainted with each other), the Traditional Theater, and three annex buildings (Munhyang-ru, Nokeum-jeong and Cheongwu-jeong). At Haerin-gwan, you can enjoy traditional music at Garak-dang and try traditional food at Sohwa-dang. In the square of Garak-dang you can view a traditional wedding (on the weekends) or people playing folk games. Also, at the Traditional Theater, about 156 seats are available, and in the afternoons Human Cultural Assets or members of the National Center for Korean Traditional Performing Arts and the National Corps members present traditional music and dances. Sinayui, Salpuri, Pansori, the Drum Dance and the Bongsan Mask Dance are the most popular programs for foreigners. The programs are all explained in English and Japanese. In the Cultural Gift Shop you can view various crafts made by traditional craftsmen. It is always open and the crafts are for sale as well. There are pottery, ceramics, golden crafts, knots and embroidery etc; approximately 500 pieces of artwork made by craftsmen from 20 different fields. Next to the House of Korea is the Namsan-gol Hanok Village where visitors can explore traditional houses.


Seoul(Jung-gu) , Myeongdong

Studio J is a bar that was created by collaboration between JYP Entertainment and a famous bar in the Chungdam District called Y1975. The bar is setup with a live stage where you can enjoy many varieties of music and new sights; for instance, the LED lights, the stairway, and the grand interior are all designed to make you think of the red carpet. It is a place where the idol group, “Eunneessu,” who debuted through Slamdunk of Sisters, shot their music video for their song “Shut Up.” Also, surprise concerts by JYP entertainment artists such as G Soul, Pak A Yun, and Park Ji Min all happen in Studio J.
