The history of Bupyeong 5-dong Haemultang Street began 30-40 years ago, when there were just three restaurants on the street. Over the years, the street gained a reputation for serving delicious haemultang (seafood stew), and there are now eleven seafood restaurants on the street. Each restaurant offers a rich, yet distinctly different flavored seafood stew prepared with aromatic vegetables and fresh seafood purchased from the marketplace every morning. The Haemultang Street has become so popular that many people travel the long distance from Seoul just for a satisfying meal of seafood stew. The restaurants specialize in stew and steamed seafood dishes, but also continue to develop new fusion menus to please all taste buds.

Jajangmyeon Museum

Jajangmyeon (black soy bean noodles) is one of Korean's most beloved dishes, known to have originated from Chinatown in Seollin-dong, Jung-gu of Incheon. This birthplace of jajangmyeon also houses a special museum dedicated to the dish, introducing its history, progress in development, and the influence and value it effected on Korea. The museum took an empty brick building and restored it for the citizens, allowing visitors to trace the history of the community which is inevitably deeply connected. Wolmido Island

Wolmido Island (월미도), located roughly 1km off the coast of Incheon, has since become part of the mainland with the creation of a new highway. The name Wolmido Island comes from the shape of the island as it resembles the tail of a half moon. Moreover, many cafes and seafood restaurants are lined along the coast so you can enjoy coffee or fresh seafood while viewing the sea. A must-see attraction on Wolmido Island is "Play Hill." It’s not as large as other theme parks in Korea, but the Apollo Disco and the Viking rides are truly thrilling. If you're not into rides, the Apollo Disco ride is still fun just watching. Security inspection will be performed when you entering the concert stadium according to「Act on Anti-terrorism to Protect Citizens and Ensure public safety. ​ We would appreciate your cooperation so that stadium entry may proceed smoothly. - If you are caught carrying banned objects inside the stadium during inspection, you will be asked to store them outside the stadium before entering the stadium. (Priority entry not permitted) 2. The stadium entry is scheduled to begin 3 hours before the start of concert. (19:00). Please follow the instruction of the stadium personnel in orderly fashion. 3. You are not allowed to carry medium/big size bag inside the stadium. Please come to the concert without bag, if possible. - You are not allowed to carry bags or personal belonging greater than 21cm*29cm in size. Long umbrellas are not permitted (foldable umbrellas are allowed) - If you are carrying medium/big size bags, you will have to store them in locker (Paid storage locker - 5,000 KRW per day) 4. Even if it rains, unless announced in the homepage, the concert will be held as planned.  Make sure to bring your raincoat if the weather forecast expects rain. For safety reason, you may not be able to carry an umbrella inside the stadium. [Operation] Are there storage lockers inside the stadium? There will be 3 storage lockers available in front of Gate A, Gate B and the Dongmun Square. [Operation] Can I take photographs or shoot videos? You may take photographs or shoot videos using simple tools. However, you are not allowed to use professional equipment (camera used by broadcasting program, use of tripod) to record or videotape the concert. If you do, you will be stopped. [Operation] Can I bring in foods or drinks inside the stadium? You may bring in water or beverages that are open. Otherwise, you are prohibited from bringing in foods inside the stadium. If discovered, the foods will be taken away and will not be returned. [Operation] When are the entrance and exit time? The entry begins in 4:00 p.m. and the exit is by 1 hour from the end of the concert.   Notice * Advance tickets for foreigners will be collected at the ticketing counter You need to bring your ID card (passport, alien registration card, copy of passport + at least one ID card issued by your country) Please bring it with you.
