This owl themed museum is filled with pieces of art, crafts, useful household items and accessories. The items here come from over 70 countries including China, the United States, the Czech Republic, and Poland. Over 2000 pieces can be found right under one roof.Owl themed folding screens, dishes, vases, sculptures, and even owl stamps are among the diverse selection on display here. When people think of an owl museum, an image of a stuffed owl usually pops into their heads. No stuffed owls can be found at this museum. It is full of many unique items.The Owl Museum was originally a private residence. The structure was remodeled and made into a museum, but managed to keep its original charm. The owner’s second son, who majored in design, chose owl wallpaper to add to the unique atmosphere. Visitors to the museum are treated to a free, tasty cup of tea.

Located in Dongsung-dong, Jongno-gu, Seoul-si, Namu (나무) is a dining café with a relaxing and casual atmosphere. Inspired by the novel, ‘My Sweet Orange Tree’ the café seeks to give visitors a sense of comfort, just as the tree in the novel gave the main character, Jeje.The café has a wide terrace of more than 300 m² and features a simple yet sophisticated interior design particularly beloved by its female customers. At the café, you can enjoy both meals and dessert/coffee. After 9:00 pm, the ambience of changes as the lights dim and wine and cocktails are served.

KBS has dropped the first teaser for 2019 KBS Song Festival! The event, which for the first time will be held at KINTEX (Korea International Exhibition Center) in Ilsan, has been confirmed for December 27 at 7:50 p.m. KST, and the first lineup of artists includes BTS, GOT7, ITZY, MONSTA X, TWICE, NU’EST, Red Velvet, and SEVENTEEN. Seoul(Jongno-gu) , Insadong・Jongnon

Situated in the gallery district in the back alley of Samcheong-dong (east of Gyeongbokgung Palace), the World Jewelry Museum houses 3,000 jewelry pieces from 60 countries, which have been collected over 30 years. Of which, 1,000 have been selected for display. The first floor contains an Amber Wall that goes back as far as 50 million years, the Golden Hall (El Dorado), the Necklace Hall, and the solemn Alter of the Cross. The second floor holds a mask wall, rings, beads and ivory as well as modern jewelry.

Busan(Nam-gu)

The UN Memorial Cemetery in Korea honors UN soldiers from 16 countries that were killed in battle during the Korean War from 1950-1953. This serene park spreads across a grassy plain area of 135,000 m2. Some of the sites and memorials include: Memorial Service Hall, Memorabilia Hall, 2 Turkish Monuments, Greek Monument, Australian Monument, British Common Wealth Monument and 2 ponds. The Memorial Service Hall and the Memorabilia Hall were constructed in 1964 and 1968 respectively. The citizens of Busan dedicated the Main Gate in 1966. There are many annual events held here, some of the key events include: April’s Tributary Ceremony of the Veterans of the Korean War, May’s American Memorial Day, June’s Korean Memorial Day, and October’s UN Ceremony Day.
