Busan(Dong-gu) , Busan Station

Busan Station opened on April 1, 1908 and expanded to include Korea Trail Express (KTX) services in 2004. With the opening of the 2nd Gyeongbu express railway, the station waiting room was expanded and a parking lot was added on the 2nd floor. The station is a major stop on all Gyeongbu line express trains (KTX) and general trains.


Jeollabuk-do(Jeonju-si)

Deogyusan Resort sledding Hills (former Muju Resort) possesses 5,900 sleds with a slope of 125m in length. There are separate slopes for adults and children. It prides upon its internationally acknowledged history of hosting the 1997 Winter Universiade games under the gaze of the world. This sledding Hills is used as a snow hill in winter and a grass and water sledding hill in other seasons.


Incheon(Jung-gu)

Geojampo Beach is surrounded by pine trees. The beach's blend of white sand and mud flats attracts many tourists and there are plans to develop the beach as an international vacation area.


Incheon(Namdong-gu)

Located in the district of Namdong-gu in Incheon, Tami Plastic Surgery & Laser Clinic provides plastic surgery, skin care and laser treatments. The clinic is also conveniently located close to public transportation and a major shopping district.


Busan(Dong-gu)

Urban regeneration centered along Sanbokdo-ro road, this road was designated to be the province of renaissance. An archive center where stories of local residents in Sanbokdo-ro road can be found, and a new planned exhibition is held every two months. Gyeonggi-do(Yeoju-si) , Yeoju

This is the house where Empress Myeongseong (Joseon Period) was born, and lived until she was eight years old. She would grow up to be the wife of the dynasty’s 26th ruler, King Gojong. The birthplace and the adjoining Memorial Hall are open to the public.Empress Myeongseong was a brilliant diplomat who pursued openness and reform to maintain the sovereignty of the nation. Unfortunately, her tumultuous life came to an end in the early morning hours of October 8, 1895 when she was murdered by the Japanese army.During Japanese colonial rule, the empress was wrongfully accused of being a jealous and overly ambitious person. Studies of various archives have since revealed what a great person she really was. Recently, numerous television productions and musicals have also corrected those misunderstandings. Renovated in 1995, her birthplace includes three buildings with servants’ quarters, master’s quarters, and a separate house. A commemorative monument now stands at the site of the room where the empress studied as a child. The Memorial Hall in front of the house contains various archives and artifacts related to Empress Myeongseong’s life. There is also a 161-seat theatre.


Gangwon-do(Pyeongchang-gun)

Known as the last untouched region in Korea, Donggang River is the best rafting spot in Korea. Starting from Daegwallyeong and running through Jeongseon and Pyeonchang to Yeongwal, the river has numerous rafting courses that flow with an abundance of water and wind past scene after beautiful scene. Courses generally have steep cliffs on one side of the river and banks of pebbles or sand on the other. The most famous course is called ‘Eorayeon,’ a name which has the connotation of a pond with fish that come to the surface and make the river shine like silk. As Donggang’s representative course, the course is said to take rafters over the entirety of Donggang River. The course is so picturesque that many people forget to paddle and just float along and enjoy the scenery.

Ulsan Grand Park Rose Festival has been held since 2005 and will have on exhibit about 3 million roses in a rose garden (44,737㎡). In particular, premium rose species are widely planted. The festival offers various beauty of rose with diverse views like from Cupid Garden, Venus Garden, Rose Hills or themed garden. Upon entering the rose garden, visitors can see animals like 23 types with 1,333 birds and 17 types with 122 animals including monkeys and meerkats.
